Some dude in an F150 managed to hit our PARKED car, denting the heck out of the front side. His insurance company (State Farm) listed International Collision Repair as a recommended shop, so we went with them. We are so glad we did. Literally from the first contact with them through the day we picked up our repaired car, they were a pleasure to deal with--friendly, professional, transparent with every aspect of their work and the charges, and on and on. In short: They made an unpleasant experience (having your car banged up) as pleasant as humanly possible. I hope we never need this sort of work again, but if we do, International Collision Repair will get our business.

The owner & staff are so caring & understanding. It's always a pleasure interacting with them. They are experts in their field & I appreciate their honesty & willingness to share information. They had my vehicle in tip-top shape, looking brand new when we went to pick it up after an auto accident.

This shop practices excellent auto repair AND exceptional customer service. You just don't find that much anymore. The office manager Lizzie was great and John the owner just takes pride in owning a well run business. I'm impressed as I will definitely recommend.

After an abysmal experience with my now former Insurance Company... International Collision Repair really stepped up to the plate. They went the extra mile to make sure that every expectation was not only met, but exceeded. Lizzy was very sympathetic and made sure they delivered and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

I chose this shop for a large scale repair because my initial impression was that the customer service and quality was above and beyond - and that turned out to be more true than I could have hoped! John and Lizzy were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process, making sure I was kept up to date along the way and making the timing of repairs the most convenient it could be. this is a quality shop with great people!

Excellent repair business and great customer service. Our car was pretty heavily damaged in an accident and they kept in touch with us about the repairs and expected completion date. Wow. I really can't say enough good things about my experience here. John and Lizzy made an unfortunate and inconvenient experience SO much more bearable just by their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional communication. Not to mention my repairs look great AND were finished more than a week earlier than estimated!! Thank you. I hope to not be a repeat customer (cuz...wrecks!), but I'll be back if I ever need to and will definitely recommend this shop to others!

My experience with ICR was phenomenal. Lizzie was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond helping me coordinate my rental situation and keeping me informed. She turned a stressful experience into a breeze! The repairs on my vehicle were done beautifully and in a timely manner, and it even came back to be sparkly clean inside and out (certainly not the case when I dropped it off)! These guys are outstanding. I appreciate your time and honesty. Thank you for repairing my mustang ? ? that was my dad's mustang and my grandpa's. That car has been in my family for years.
