I stopped by to take a look at the headphones they offered. Throughout my time at this store, Megan assisted me by answering all the questions I had pertaining to the noise-cancelling headphones they had on display, a few other Sony headphones, and the warranty available for purchase. I was also able to try on the many different headphones they offer. I am very thankful to have met her because of how knowledgeable she is with the headphones they offer and describing the differences among them. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this store, and I am happy to have purchased a pair of Sony headphones from them. Thank you so much!

This review has the ying and yang. On Dec. 21, 2018 Needed to buy some electronics for our trip overseas. I also purchased a new screen protector from zag with lifetime warranty. Fast forward three months, my screen looked awful and was able to get the answers from Zagg that I needed to replace the screen. Heading on a business trip to San Francisco and went into the store with original receipt and ticket of lifetime guarantee. The sales associate said he was unable to do anything and didn't try to make any accommodations to try and solve the issue. Left the store and made mental note not to shop their again regardless if I left anything behind for a trip! Once bitten, twice shy. The high point of this review was I went into the InMotion store store in San Francisco Airport and the sales associate took care of the issue in five minutes. Grab a new screen protector, looked at my receipt and replaced with a new one! Walked away feeling great and always believe the associates in your store will make or break business. Kudos to San Francisco in motion store! Unfortunately, the staff at pdx store should take a crash course in customer service from counter parts!

The lady was very helpful and was able to fix my smartphone since it was not working properly. She played with some buttons to indicate that the battery is dead. She had shut the phone completely and suggested to wait five minutes before plugging it since it was "hot." It worked. Thank you. This occurred on Sunday October 8.

Buyer Beware!!!!! Purchased two headphones ($600) from Pdx InMotion shop The clerk assured us several times (5) if we had any trouble we could return the headphones no problem Same clerk helped to unpack headphones and throw away packaging One pair developed a problem - short in one of the wires - when we returned to InMotion shop in the airport and spoke with the manager we were told we were required to return with all packaging How do you spell Rip Off
