***BEWARE*** the owner Nazier is a scam! Took my car here and he had it for almost 2 months with so many excuses. He also tried to have me fill out a form from the car dealership about some security device on my vehicle in order to change the transmission. It had asked for all my personal info. I asked him about it and said I don't trust giving out that Info. He got mad about it and didn't understand my reason why. He's an idiot and the biggest scam. I don't know if he took parts from my car and exchanged them for other default parts... who knows. But he came with so many excuses to why my car wasn't done. He stated he received my transmission and was already working on it. I called him one day about the form he wanted me to fill out regarding my security device in my vehicle. He got really mad and offensive. He told me he didn't want to fix my car again because I didn't trust him. 2 months my vehicle was with him, he asked for personal info regarding my security device on my vehicle, and he lied about my car being fixed at the moment. He said he's waiting on the part. OF COURSE I DONT TRUST HIM ANYMORE AFTER THOSE 3 factors. **DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE** **NAZIER IS A SCAM AND A LIAR** May the way his prices kept going up every time I spoke with him. Ranged close to about $5,000 I decided to take it to my dealership and I only paid $3200. Plus it wasn't my transmission that he said needed to be changed because it was bad........ **AVOID THIS AUTO SHOP IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF, LIED TO, OR SCAMMED ON** All the other Bad reviews on here are TRUE!!!

Had a great experience with getting immediate service for my car calling in on short notice. Called multiple auto mechanic places stating I needed the car to be worked on and E&A auto repair prompted that they would help out and get my car up and rolling even going out of there way working passed business hours! Couldn't thank them enough highly recommended!

Great service and owner was happy to help me. I would recommend taking your VW or Audi here for repair. Especially since a lot of auto mechanics turn up there nose at fixing these brands.

Friendly and trustworthy shop. I have been taking my cars to E&A Auto for over three years now. I have always had a positive experience, so I figured it's about time I write a positive review. Nazier and his team are great. Their quality of service, communication, pricing, and promptness has always been above my expectations. They recently rebuilt my engine and it's running silky smooth. Nazier has always made the time to walk me through what they repaired. For as long as I'm in Portland this will be where I will take my car. Thank you guys! :)

Amazing service! I am so happy I came across this shop. I was shocked how fast my car was ready and what a great job they did. The manager was extremely helpful and honest, which is hard to find at an auto repair shop. If you are looking for a reliable place you can trust, I highly recommend E & A. If I ever have any car issues again, I will definitely only come back to this shop!

I could write a very very very long review but I'll keep it short. I was charged $1,100 for something that shouldn't have taken as long as it did which was The camshaft ventilation system. Majority of that cost was paying for the labor on my car. The parts were dirt cheap. On multiple multiple occasions I went back into the shop and the gentleman had taken numerous brakes, helped other people with their projects, been on the phone. I bet the job could have been done in three or four hours it took him literally 8. Not counting the two hours I waited on him to get there that morning but he charged me for 8 hours of Labor when it was literally 6 but it could have been three. I could say a whole lot more but I won't.
