I have asked my sales rep to fix this product numerous times so I can order it. I am always told "I sent a request to fix" I feel that nothing goes anywhere. Maybe to big to help.Product 12751013 the dimensional weight is so far off. When I add 10 to the cart the shipping is hundreds. I tried to call today and was hung up on. It looks like you answer google reviews so lets change this 2 star to 5 by fixing this product so I can go back to purchasing it from you.11/19/21Nobody has reached out to me.
