Jacob was an amazing valet to have a night time check in! He came outside to make sure we were safe and secure downtown at 4AM! introduced us to the front desk, then offered to take my luggage to my room! AMAZING experience will definitely be staying here for the rest of my stays in Portland :)

You don't come across a lot of overnight valet that meet you outside at your car anymore and for that Jacob was absolutely phenomenal for me and my wife at 5am with a very late arrival
