H&R Block has been a great deal of help with my ever increasing complicated taxes. The staff has always shown a great deal of professionalism. I prefer working with one person through the current tax season. However, when I needed to get assistance from someone else, there knowledge made me confident.

Our tax preparer finished our taxes in a timely manner and was courteous in her communications. The reason for 4 stars is the cost was so much more than preparing them myself which is what I had always done in the past. I had to have help because our taxes have become more complicated than they had been previously.

Junko was great. H&R Block overall could work on their app and scheduling system. I've had issues two years in a row regarding this.

Joan Morton is the best tax preparer that I have ever worked with at H&R Block. She is detail-oriented as well as kind. I highly recommend Joan Morton to anyone who may feel overwhelmed by tax season. She makes the process easy and sets you up for success with future returns.

Our tax preparer was professional, efficient, timely, and friendly. The front office was also very welcoming. We felt our business was appreciated. The fees were reasonable for the services we received.

they're just data entry people. don't answer questions, review for accuracy or do anything else. when I tried to get a refund, the rep on the phone told me she would never trust h&r block with her own taxes and that I'm not entitled to a refund because I clicked "I agree" on the screen where I was apparently notified that the pro review I was paying for was actually just data entry

I will never use this service again.Lied to about the cost, took way too much time.Good thing I double checked the cost b4 she filed as they were going to over charge me over $200 more than originally quoted.Horrible service.
