Though I sent info in advance about the type of return I needed as well as uploading the needed documents requested, the person I had my appt with at 2700 Sandy said she wasn’t qualified for what I needed. OK, things happen. She said she would pass my case along to a qualified person and I agreed I could work with her by phone. In subsequent messages, she told me two different times the person would get in touch with me. No calls, no messages, no reply to my last message. Decided to give them some time and wait till January. Still no messages or calls. I don’t know how they stay in business. I feel like I dodged a bullet.

We have been going to H&R BLOCK
for years only 1 year we did online.
The Beaverton Hillsdale highway
was new place for us. We usually have GREAT with them.. HOWEVER the Beaverton Hillsdale highway office and the lady who "helped" was HORRIBLE!!! she didn't do what she could of done to make it easier, she WASN'T helpful!! NO ONE THERE could explain or seem to help!!! Rude!! And now we don't even know if we were correctly filed!! They made MORE HASSLE AND STRESS for us and NOT PROFESSIONAL!! We are jumping through hoops that we didn't need to.
THEN we were supposed to get a call back from someone to help us. NO ONE CALLED!!! I'm livid!! NEVER GOING TO THIS OFFICE OR SUE AGAIN!!! Not one good thing!! Now we are trying to figure out if ANYTHING WAS DONE RIGHT!! WOULD NOT SUGGEST HERE OR SUE!!!
