We are so disappointed ? with this H&R block. Bad service.. and to top it all off.. they called at 9PM to tell us we need to pay to file.. duh.. we were planning this the following day.. ugh.. and then they shredded all of the paper work we brought.. they kept it because they said wewould get it back once we paid.. which we didnt.. snow I need to get all if my W2's for this past year.. ?.. making a formal complaint.
