The staff is great! After a concert there was one working elevator. No stair access. People don’t do the right thing so of course, entitled folk cut the line.
So that’s an irritant.
In room, washcloths were dirty. Unfortunate.

It's a little older, which was fine, but there was hair all over the pillows on the bed (before we laid down). Everything else was fine. I would stay again but look at my pillows before.
