Store was clean and organized, however only one changing area on the first floor no changing rooms on second floor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Checkout was quick even with a line.

Tried to return something 14 days past the return policy and explained I had Covid and offered to show a picture of my Covid test. The Manager was completely rude to me, man-splained that Covid only lasts 5 days ("well interesting Covid only lasts 5 days") and was super condescending. He also said no options and no store credit despite them still selling the brand new jeans I was trying to return 40 feet from me. Ironically, I called corporate and they said you can easily return things 30-60 day window via mail no issue. Went online, registered my return no problem. That is at least real customer service, offering options, explaining policies and trying to be helpful. Train your store employees this vs just saying no and your store management to lead by example, not by being rude to customers. Don't shop here. You've lost my business.

I wanted a particular sized shirt and skirt that was displayed on a mannequin. I was told that they don’t do that! I’ve worked retail before and never told my customers they couldn’t buy something for sale! I took matters into my own hands and pulled the next size up from an accessible manikin. Good thing I’ve had decades of sewing experience. I will adjust it to fit. Very bad customer service! My son just confirmed the same thing. He never told the customer no either.

Wonderful store. We found clothes and the cashier helped us to add our member info since the wifi wasn't working.

I bought a dress shirt, and dress pants. Both items I wasn't sure I was keeping, but I got them just in case. This was 3 days ago. The associate at the time assured me that even if I lost my receipt, as long as I had the tags and the original card I used for payment I could make a return and get my money back. 3 days later I go to return the items with card and tags in hand. An associate had grabbed a manager to inform me they would not refund me the money. When I tried explaining to them what their employee told me, the manager VERY rudely cut me off and laughed at me. LAUGHED, when I said this is a lot of money for me, and I was told I could do this. That's why I got them in the first place.I expect something to be done about this, and you will be hearing from me again.

My teen daughter is incredibly picky about clothes but she always finds something to love in this store.

Great selection. The store was in good shape. The cashiers are a bit chatty with each other and while I appreciate that they’re enjoying themselves, the conversation they were having was a tiny bit odd. They’re hard working kids, but their professionalism in front of customers could use some work.

I appreciate the size inclusiveness this store had to offer. Being 200lbs and between a size 12-14, it's difficult to find clothes that are cute and trendy, while also being comfortable on my body. H&M delivered!

8 people in line with one cashier. Also...plenty of employees walked by but opted not to jump in. Do better.

I purchased a pair of shoes there last Saturday & returned them the same day, within an hour. I was told I would be refunded in 3-5 business days.....it's now been 8 days, no refund, & customer service refuses to assist. this is basically theft now.

After the experience I had, I don’t think I’m coming to THIS H&M. I believe the manager Ana, was being extremely rude to the employees. She was giving attitude to them, and I overheard while shopping. I can’t remember the day I came there, but it’s unacceptable behavior. Management treating their employees poorly?! I hope this is addressed. Never seen such management in front of my eyes treat employees poorly in front of customers.

Rude customers. I went with my daughter last week, we had to wait for almost 15 minutes on the line for this lady in front of us that was very very rude with a young cashier, she wanted to pay $10 for a pair of pants that she found in a shirt section, cashier explained to her that ONLY shirts were $10, and she need it to pay $20 for those pants,the lady asked for the manager and explained the situation, yes, she had to paid $20 and there wasn't need to be rude at the beginning. Please be kind people.
