There is no one serving, even when an appointment was made and checked in. Have been waiting for 30 minutes. This is unacceptable. There are so many miscommunication and disconnect between the mechanic and the sales.

Came to check on the previously call and confirm availability. Now, when arriving, it says that it is sold. How could you do that when you confirm availability on the phone. on the same day. Not a good customer service.

I had a great car buying experience at Hertz today. Jeff was my salesman and I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. Jeff and everyone else I encountered was friendly. We got right to looking at the cars I expressed interest in. Jeff didn't pressure me to buy a more expensive vehicle. He was sure to show me what I wanted to see. I looked at two cars and test drove one. I liked the car. They were able to get me financing at a good rate, took my trade in, and got me out of the door with a car, same day, which is what I asked for when I walked in.I like the Hertz prices its vehicles fairly, they are transparent about the vehicles they are selling, and I was thanked for my business.I wish car buying everywhere was this easy. They didn't play games - just sold me the car I wanted without a hassle.

I wasted 3 hours trying to find a car that I liked. After finalizing the car, I was told I could not pay through my debit card or do a bank transfer.The sales representative asked me to call back and confirm if I will buy the car tomorrow; for which, I called back saying I will come back tomorrow with a personal cheque.Next day I tried calling several times, but the rep was not reachable and never returned my call. When I finally got hold of him, he said the car is sold and I can pick something else.They have lot of customers coming to their yard so don’t care about anything for next day.Moreover, many cars are lying there for some time and needs some cleaning or service. I am guessing the reason they did not sell the car to me was because I requested them to clean the car and get rid of the pet smell from previous owner.

Jeff and Kip were great!! This was my first car buying experience and Jeff was on top of everything, and even vacuumed the car out for me himself because I was picking up the rent2buy after the detailer left. He answered all questions thoroughly and honestly. Kip was also amazing and explained everything in great detail. The process was very quick and smooth and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

Impossible to get maintenance oil change and tire rotation service. I feel like I got robbed. I would not buy any maintenance through this place.They make it so hard so you give up on using it.Also the turn over here seems really bad, which should have been an indication of service quality.

Worst run car sales operation I've ever experienced. We were interested in purchasing a car; however, it needed a repair done first. Patrick, the salesman we were working with, said he would work with the shop to get it fixed and be back in touch with us.Not once over the course of 2.5 weeks, did Patrick call or reach out. I called several times, Patrick was never there and never returned a phone call, and nobody knew anything about a repair or what was going on or find out and call you back. I even physically went by 2 times and again, nobody knew a GD thing and nobody could have the common courtesy to even call you back. finally talked to another manager, Richard, after 2 weeks and he also had no idea. So he then calls back 5 days later and says the car is in process of being sold and it was evident he couldn't give a chit. So bottom line, we are waiting 3 weeks for a repair to get done on a car we want to purchase and then they sell it out from underneath us. I was absolutely amazed to say the least and Patrick, Richard, and every other person I talked to here over the course of 3 weeks can go pound sand. The worst run car sales operation I have ever seen. There is no Hertz, car sales or rental, that will ever get my business again and you can be assured I will continue to spread the word.

My experience with the sales associate, Josh, was less than desirable. So I'd avoid him.Outside of that, I was well taken care of. I initially left a negative review due to my experience with the person above, but the manager, Richard, reached out to me and rectified the problem. That's good customer service. Corporate was helpful, too.

Jeff and Kip were so great! They were both extremely friendly and helpful. Jeff answered my 100s of questions and continually asked if he could do more for me even though he went above and beyond expectation. The process was fast and simple.

I'll be back because of Jeff and Kip. What a great sales team. I can describe Jeff with one word - "helpful." He answered my questions honestly and accurately. If he didn't know the answer, he said so - and found someone who DID. Don't even know if he gets a commission. Didn't seem like it. How often do you find someone like that at a used car lot? I did neglect to warn him before that test drive. Just wanted to be sure how the car performed under emergency conditions. Sharp turns, flooring the gas, and slamming on the brakes are things I might need to do sometime, and I wanted to be certain the car was solid. My life may depend on it some day. It just didn't occur to me to warn him first. Hope I didn't shake him up too bad. Sorry of I did, Jeff. Kip was similar to Jeff. More business-oriented, but he still had a sense of humor. That was appreciated when I decided to buy the car, and he walked me through the paperwork patiently and competently. It put me at ease. The salesmen at the last lot I went to struck me as a bit greasy, so I went to Hertz - and I'm glad I did. It'll be my first stop next time I buy a car, and I really hope Kip and Jeff are still there.
