  I had no issues at all. Pick up and drop off went without a hitch. I know many people apparently had a bad experience, but I can't say I did.

  This Hertz site canceled our reservation after few hours even though we replied the system confirmation in the morning. We went to this site for more information and help but the lady refused all our suggestions and was very unwilling to help remedy the mistakes by Hertz. Her attitude was very unimpressed.   Worst experience ever. Fred at the front desk has no sense of customer service. Wasted hours dealing with customer service on the phone after not being helped at the location to end up with no car. Do not waste your time or money. -5 stars
