Great prices and always has what I am looking for. The freebie tools and item deals they run don't hurt either! In the last week or so I got some free tarps, buckets, flashlights and magnet holders. Would definitely recommend Harbor Freight.

Wish I could give nagative stars! Such disrespectful and unkind staff. Needed to return something unopened and still get charged a restocking fee. And they were so rude about it absolutely no kindness whatsoever. Harbor freight- teach your team the value of customer service and decency. The customer doesn’t always have to be right- but sometimes going the extra mile for a loyal customer makes all the difference. I’d rather go somewhere else where even if prices are higher, I know I’ll be treated well. Not worth it here
