This store is underrated. It is well run. It is always well organized, tidy, well stocked, and as everyone has come to expect, well priced. Whoever does the inventory selection for this store is doing a fantastic job. This store understands its target market. I find stuff here that I cannot find at either an auto parts store or a home improvement chain. Also, the workers here are friendly and useful. So after multiple visits, this store gets 5 stars. A note to management: keep up the good work.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Lucy at Harbor Freight Tools. Every time I visit, she greets me with an incredible attitude and a warm smile that instantly brightens my day. Her exceptional customer service and product knowledge make my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Lucy is the main reason I choose this Harbor Freight over others. Her dedication and positive energy are truly commendable. Thank you, Lucy, for consistently going above and beyond! And thanks Harbor Freight for the prices. This is very well run store. Employees are always friendly and willing to work with you on returns and prices. They are quick to grab things from the back and the whole place is well kept and tidy.
It's just a smaller store so the stock is sometimes on the low end but generally, unless it's a sale or very hot item, it will be there.

Quite a few products appear on the net, but when you move around, the products don't exist. An if we ask for an exolanation, the employees can't answer. Example : The snow shovel, 22 in - Bully tools

The supervisor was very kind. I just went through some emergency hoses and found very good deals on tools, and the cashier told us that we have a lifetime warranty, so there is no reason to overpay for brands.

Decent tool prices, but you have to really be mindful of the quality. Some are straight up junk, other's (mechanic sockets & wrenches) are a great deal

I ordered a Bauer drill from the website but when it arrived it was compelling disassembled down to the smallest part. I returned it to the store with no issues, swapping it for a replacement. The staff was friendly, fast, and helpful.
