Dirty, disorganized and they’re raising their prices. Still possible to find some decent deals. I guess it’s to a good cause but not a particularly pleasant experience

I love being able to upcycle building products that I no longer need. Lots of times when Goodwill wouldn't accept something Restore was happy to have it. I really like their mission a lot more as well. Occasionally I score some pretty cool stuff in the store as well :)

Beware of this place.
I purchased a set of doors advertised as nylon (plastic) got home, unloaded them, they got splashed with some water and a couple days later they're splitting apart, real material was compressed cardboard, I talked to the manager and he's like, "they are closet doors, they're not supposed to get wet so we're not taking them back". I asked if I was screwed, his response "yeah pretty much"
there goes my $40 to the trash can, at least I can sleep well, God bless him.

Was searching for a tall dresser for my room but didn't want cruddy ikea or build your own furniture.
I figured I'd come support a non-profit instead.
Found this old beauty for 89$ and it was worth every penny.
She cleaned up really nice with just some wood oil.
The workers were awesome in helping me load this into my vehicle.
Fast and friendly service.
I'll definitely be back here again.

stopped here to donate, and some of these prices are ridiculous, so let's reconsider those on budgets.

An excellent place, good prices, I bought a table in excellent condition and at a very reasonable price

Used to go to this place and find good deals. Now it's a joke. Things are priced way too high. There was a snowboard that still had the goodwill price tag on it for 8 bucks. Here they were selling it for 38. I don't know how is pricing things but they have zero idea what they are doing. People come to these stores because they can't afford things really sad to see it go downhill. Won't be stopping by again sadly if the prices don't change.

2024 review Knocking a star because things seem a bit overpriced here sometimes. Worlds better than goodwill in Gresham, but I don't particularly want to pay 200$ for a used couch, or over 100$ for a table. 50$ for a single ottoman with a tacky old pattern. Or 2$ for a 2 inch plant pot that costs 50¢ to buy new. Maybe the point is that they set it high with the idea that it probably won't sell for that much, since they tag color prices rotate percentages off. So they don't expect the couch to sell for 200$, they expect it'll sell for $50 once its tag is the 75% off color. ?♀️ Maybe I'm just a relic from the days of cheap garage sale pricing, pining for the good old days
Review from 2019 Fairly clean, usually good stuff, good prices

You know the economy has gone to cap when a habitat restore is pricing their donated Items double and triple the costs of brand new from Walmart or Target websites. Disappointed. Do better y’all.

Sorry but not sorry, this place is a joke. I hate writing reviews for places like this that they are trying to help people out.
Here is the start, I try donate my mint condition dining chairs here (4) and was told that we couldn’t cause it will need to have a dining table to go with it for it to be acceptable. REALLY! Will when I purchase the chairs it did not come with a dining table I had to purchase separately. So for this place to refuse to take the chairs was a mind blowing. It’s call mix and match if this place don’t understand.
It all good way give it to a place like this so that others can pay for a low cost. Next time more likely there WON’T be a next time. I’ll just do me a favor…I’ll just put a free sign up for grab. Way waste my time driving to donate at thrift stores.

Store and staff/volunteer teams responded very well to covid era implementing many improvements.this store is more efficient, clean, offers a great variety of quality items, and many 2023 improvements in internal layout, organization and in-store display. the reuse team is helpful and dedicated; staff and volunteers kind and compassionate.there is now an easily accessible supply of building blocks and bricks in an enclosed fenced area outside of store in front parking lot. the store has an easy and organized used item drop off.clearly, reuse management and staff have put thought into improving this store and for the past year or more continue working smart to make browsing and buying more customer friendly. A true gresham gem!

This is not a rebuilder/remodeling resource. More like a Goodwill, with clothes and toys. Waste of time ?
