2055 NW Savier St, Portland“I love coming to class every single day and appreciate the attentive and supportive experience I get from the experienced instructors. I would recommend Chromacore to all my friends and family and, although it’s a bit pricy, it’s worth the toned body I’m starting to develop ?”

2640 NE Alberta St, Portland“The perfect gym for my needs. Clean, spacious and with high quality equipment - machines and free weights. I have never once felt like they lack a piece of equipment either. And there is almost never a wait for equipment, particularly outside out of peak early evening hours. Chris is a nice guy and always appreciate his relaxed presence. I haven't taken advantage of the classes but will do so one day soon.”
“I've been coming here for a couple years now and it's been amazing. The coaches are super helpful and supportive, and the community here is amazing. My form and strength have improved massively since I started. Highly highly recommend.”

8709 N Lombard St, Portland“I started training at Industrial Strength 5 months ago. I'm still fairly new to working out in a gym and have had a great experience! The facility is super clean and well-equipped and the coaches have all been top notch in their instruction and support. I love that there is an organized training schedule, and the gym offers multiple class times to accommodate busy schedules. It's been fun to become a "regular" and build rapport with the diverse community of members.”
“One of the cleanest and friendliest gyms I've been to. All of the equipment is kept extremely clean and updated. Everything feels and looks brand new. I regularly go in the morning - it is usually pretty busy before 7am. At 7 it seems to quiet down to just a couple of people. Most keep to themselves at this time. I love having Anytime Fitness as part of my weekday morning routine. I couldn't recommend it more highly to anyone looking to pursue their fitness goals! Just JOIN!”

7200 SE 92nd Ave unit e, Portland“I had my first class not to long ago I'm 14 I did the kids class it's clear instruction and teaching it's great and then I did the adults class I assumed whoever I would work with would rather be with an adult for better competition and no one would wanna work with me however that wasn't the case I found a partner and he realized I didn't really know what I was doing so he taught me a bunch of stuff I'm gonna keep going here great place to go no rude staff or anything everyone's great”
“I'm 46 and I've never lifted anything beyond kids, groceries and mulch. I've always been intimidated by the equipment and the vibe of weightlifting...but I also wanted to get stronger. I'm so glad my friend introduced me to Bridgetown! Jay has been incredibly kind and respectful to me. He's helped me find some routines that I feel excited about and he's committed to my safety and form. The whole community there is welcoming and friendly. No one records their sessions or takes selfies, folks do their own thing quietly and with intention. For the first time ever, I'm LOVING going to the gym! I feel like I've found something better than therapy.”
“Great little gym which has everything I need. Plenty of freeweights and squat racks- fewer treadmills which always takes up too much space in other gyms. I've never been here and felt it was overwhelmingly busy. Top marks for staff who keep things really clean which is huge for me!Also, members are all very respectful, and there are plenty of other women lifting here, so it is very space approachable if you're a beginner.”

18412 NE Halsey St, Portland“My two sons have been attending Ballistic Box for about 8-9 months now. They love it. Coach Jason is phenomenal with the children. The other coaches are awesome too, and the whole place is friendly and inviting. It feels like family! The new facility in Gresham off 183rd and Halsey is top notch and has lots of space. My sons are learning focus and discipline while becoming physically fit. It's so awesome watching them learn "The Sweet Science". One of my children has attention problems and Coach Jason is very patient with him. We have definitely been seeing much improvement.I would recommend this gym. Five stars for sure.”

8835 N Bradford St, Portland“This little gym lifts a big stack! Great classes - challenging but accessable for all skill levels because the instructors will fit your workout to your interests and skills. Are you looking for a place to have fun with good people? It's here! Are you looking for more focus, more intensity? You can find it here, too.I've been a gym rat since my Army days forty years ago, and PDXstrength is, across the board, the most welcoming, most challenging, most fun place I've ever trained.Come on and try a class! I think you'll agree!”
5:30AM - 9:30PM
815 NE Halsey St, Portland“I was new to gyms but wanted to get a routine down that helped me get back in shape, work on some specific issues I was having and learn my way around the equipment. I signed up for three months of personal training sessions with Clay after an introductory session and they were a life changer. Clay is knowledgeable, listened to what I needed, pushed me to take the extra step and together we built a plan I can take with me to confidently set my own agenda at the gym and keep myself in shape. The Saturday morning classes were great too. I always felt I got the help and guidance to use the equipment properly and adjust to get the most from my workout and avoid injury. Great atmosphere, welcoming vibe, clean space and no hidden fees. I recommend this gym and the trainers.”

6309 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland“I started doing CrossFit a few months ago, and going to this gym was one of the best decisions I made last year. It’s very beginner-friendly. Everyone is nice and chill. I see people with different levels of skills and experience here, but it’s not intimidating at all for a beginner. If you’re thinking about going to CrossFit classes but are still hesitant, I say just give it a shot! I also tried a few kickboxing classes and BJJ classes here. I had absolutely no experience with martial arts, but I had fun with the classes and I learned a lot.”
“This gym needs to be protected! What an absolute treasure it is. Rich in history and they do a great job at preserving it. It feels like you stepped back in time. Getting to train with original chain driven Nautilus equipment globe dumbbells were a highlight for me. I hope this gym stays open for many more years to come!”
“I went to rose city barbell while living in Oregon and they were always very welcoming! The community is lively and they do things outside of the gym plus they participate actively in hosting local competitions. They have a variety of training options such as CrossFit, barbell work, and open gym. They try to organize classes in the way that suits their members and are always willing to listen to what their members are looking for. Additionally, they even have nutrition coaching. And not to mention this CrossFit gym is owned by a woman - which as we know is a male dominated field!”
“Very friendly staff and good coaches. We loved that we could walk to this studio from our hotel to get a workout in on our vacation. Will definitely come back if we are in the area. Shout out to Niko who was a motivating and experienced coach. Definitely go to him if you have the option.”
“I loveeeee Farzin. I’ve only been training with him for a few weeks so far, but am already feeling a huge difference in strength and flexibility, not to mention significantly reduced stress and better sleep! Farzin has this incredible ability to push me farther than I ever thought possible while making me feel successful and confident the entire time. He’s so kind and motivating, and clearly an expert in his field. I feel so lucky to have him in my neighborhood!Updating after my final (for now!!) session with Farzin — our time together completely flew. Never have I enjoyed working out more or learned more about my body and how to take care of it. I miss Farzin already and can’t wait to be back!”

8028 NE Glisan St, Portland“I love Mt. Tabor CrossFit! The coaches are supportive and really know how to teach a variety of different skill levels. I've been going here for about 8 months and I've seen improvements in my fitness and overall health. I was totally new to CrossFit when I started, but thanks to the coaches I've learned a LOT and I feel more confident than ever in my abilities to keep improving. There are all different skill levels in this gym, which is motivating. Highly recommend if you are interested in CrossFit to give Mt. Tabor a try!”
“I have gone from totally avoidance of workouts to really enjoying the challenges, laughs, and positive influence Josh had been. I am definitely stronger and more agile ! Thank you Josh !”
“In June of 2018, I decided I needed to make a change. I suffer from arthritis in my neck and have a super demanding, but sedentary job, and I knew I needed to cope with the pain and stress differently. I have always been active, exercising on and off most of my life, but I had never focused on my health with any intention.I signed up for personal training with Matt in June of 2018, and together we created a workout program paired with nutrition to help me lose excess weight and build strength. Since 2018, I have worked out with Matt twice a week, and he has created an additional 4 days of workouts including lifting and cardio for me to complete on my own which came in handy during the first part of pandemic lockdown. When I started with Matt, I lost 25 lbs in the first six months, and I have maintained my weight loss for 3 ½ years!Matt is a constant support, and I enjoy by weekly workouts with him. He keeps my workouts challenging, and he is always checking in with me about my goals, and he constantly affirms my commitment to myself as he definitely notices that I complete my solo workouts. If you’re looking to make positive changes in your life, I highly recommend you hire Matt.”

2225 N Vancouver Ave, Portland“Awesome experience at Pacific Crest CrossFit. I was greeted by the owner and he introduced me to the coach who was going to instruct the class I was in. The coach then asked about any possible injuries I might be dealing with then gave me a tour of the space. The class began and they went over the entire workout and had everyone introduce themselves. They had great coaching cues and were very clear with the instructions. This was one of my CrossFit drop in experiences. Pacific Crest CrossFit exceeded in every category of what to expect from an awesome CrossFit gym. 5 stars and well deserved!!!”
“Coach Dylan at Orangetheory GB is anamazing coach! Her energy is infectious, making every workout a blast.
