Amazing home buying experience! Made the whole process so easy and streamlined everything. Used Guild for my refinance also with no issues. She was always available to help and answer any questions throughout the process. I know she probably has a lot of clients, but Jessica makes you feel like you are the only one. This is my second time working with Jessica. I stumbled upon her Yelp last year when I decided to saddle up and really try to buy a house. She went above and beyond looking for loan products that would work for our unique situation. Then, when we found our perfect house and had to close quick as part of our offer, she made it happen. After meeting Jessica, I didn't even shop around because I liked her so much. She's certainly a breath of fresh air in this industry. She's super fun, smart, knowledgeable, and willing to think outside the proverbial box. When it came time to refinance, again - no brainer, no shopping around for me. I went straight to Jessica and within about a month we were done and closed. I recommended her to a close friend - also a customer with unique circumstances, and can say they, too, are repeat clients. Look no further!

E and I had the pleasure of once again working with Jessica to refinance the original loan on our house. It was no surprise that the process went smoothly thanks to Jessica and her teams diligence, thoughtful and through work. Her replies to our questions and emails came in so fast it practically made our heads spin and everything wrapped up sooner than expected, in spite of delays due to the pandemic. This is all on top of getting a great rate and much lower monthly payment. It is no doubt that anything relating to getting a new loan or refinancing an existing one (at least for this first-timer) is stressful, but I know that we can always rely on Jessica to guide us to our goals with confidence and peace of mind.

20210206 update: Jessica's team continues to be awesome! My insurance company upped the policy on my home by $168 per month for no apparent reason, and I was too busy to jump on that, but Jessica's team automatically sent another insurer with a much better quote my way. All in all, my monthly bill is probably going to drop thanks to this little kerfuffle and to Jess.

Loved working with Jessica. She was always available for a phone call (and we called her A LOT with questions) and she answered all our questions super thoroughly (and broke it down in an easy way for us to understand as we were new to the home buying/mortgage world). Jessica was everything we could have hoped for and more as our mortgage agent. She was knowledgeable and provided answers to each and every question we had. She kept us on task and checked in to make sure we were able to locate whatever documents we needed to provide and she was transparent with the process on her end. She was a joy to work with and we sincerely trusted her and her expertise. It was so fun going through the process feeling like we understood what was happening and also like we had an extra person in our corner to help us. We cannot sing high enough praises of Jessica or our experience working with her.
