Good company but very bad management favoritism is a real big thing here have to be really friends with bosses to move up in company. Very toxic company to work at. Dont recommend to work here!

My favorite shop as a drywall contractor! Super helpful staff, I’m terrible and never have the part numbers i order all the time handy and they help me figure it out every time! When I get out into the bays there were guys ready to take my order and bring the materials directly to my truck! Recently purchased a tool and had some problems, cheap little thing, bought a 2nd, same problem, let them know what was up and helped me right the situation! All round great place, great staff, worthy of a stop for any of your interior tool or material needs!

Very very slow to unload semi. I can't believe office ppl aren't doing anything about it... 2hrs or more is normal here.

Was calling to place a order for 20k sq ft of ceiling tiles and was hung up on. 7am on Wednesday a Hispanic man is who answered (he didn’t not answer the phone with a name) and hung up. My companies will no longer use and support GTS.

Very slow service forklift guys just walking around they don’t unload the truck take more than two hours to unload I don’t want to prefer this place

I called and placed an order the day before , I had my staff go at 630 am and they couldn’t find an order with my name , even thought they took my order and asked for my credit card info
I had to call 3 times and speak with different employees there , they all seem confused , therefore this is my first and last time I be using this company to by any material until they can be transparent and clear with their orders

Service is very slow and no one here speaks a every good English. Don’t expect to get out of here before 2.5 hrs.

Pretty straightforward, everything went smooth with a 53 footer, everybody was really nice to me, just a couple of hiccups and communication that's all, it's all good hahah ! :)
