I was fortunate to get an open door with plenty of room to back into dock, I did notice some of the other doors to the right of the shipping/receiving door where pretty congested and seemed to be pretty tight to back into. Not for a rookie driver for sure.

Pull in even if closed sometimes and park in an empty space. If you get lucky the farmers market next door building, will even have a farmers market out front, only if you get lucky or go on the right day!

The don’t even deserve single star..the staff who is scheduling delivery appointments have no idea what they are doing ..morning trucks are delivering in the evening and evening trucks are delivering late nightPoor and unprofessional management….they should learn from costco ,Walmart AlbertsonsI was here at 8:30 am ..still waiting on door at 3:40 pm ..all drivers have to spendalmost same amount of timeIt can take more than 10 hours to unload ..so be careful drivers

1000 appointment, arrived at0900, was given a door right away, they put the airline lock on but doesn’t start unloading till 2, takes forever to unload. Don’t come here!

The rudest, laziest staff ever. My truck had 6 pallets on it and I sat there in a dock for 7 hours to be unloaded. They are a penny holding up a dollar.

Friendly folks, great prices, bargains to be found, but just check the expiration dates and for mold. Great place though!

10-11-23 I’ve had appointment for 9am but checked in at 6 am and gave door right away.. was unloaded within 30 min. Yes lot is tight to maneuver around but It’s not impossible..but if your having trouble just ask the yard guy to do it for you or guy trucker nearby to help you.You can park around the street for overnight or inside the warehouse.

The loding was good they just took me 30 to 40 minute unload but the white fat lady inside she don’t know how to talk to the people she start yelling at whenever she want kind of crazy kind person grocery outlet really need to hire some nice people in there She was ridiculous.

The worst place to deliver or pickup. They don’t respect anything. Prepare yourself to spend there between 5 to 10 hours. They don’t respect the appointment or the line.Nothing! Every single day is the same

Place is a joke. I was 8 hrs late for my appointment due to breakdown I had no control over. Corrupt software caused my entire truck to go blank and shutdown. I loaded Saturday in IL, managed to get to Rock Springs, WY Peterbilt and had to go into shop on Tuesday. Got out of shop at around 6 pm. Drove 896 miles with 42,000 lbs load. Had to stop to take my 10 hr break (E-logs). I arrived at 1800 Wed. My appt was for 10 a.m. The broker was advised by both my dispatch and myself of the issue. I get there and they say appointment wasn't rescheduled. So they couldn't unload me, plus they had no room for the load. Sat down the street for 3 days waiting for word of new appt. Mind you I got there 7/26 @ 1800. Friday afternoon I was informed that the next available appt. was 8/1 @ 1600. Hmmm? Sounds like someone in receiving used to work for a Walmart DC. Same freaking tactics. Fine we can play this game. I go back 8/1, arrive at 1300, won't let me check in until 1530. Finally get a door @ 1600. I sit in the door for 2 1/2 hrs before they even start unloading me. Finally get out of there at 19:30. So another day lost. Hey Grocery Outlet. You are not Walmart, Walmart DC's can accomodate the freight they order. I will never deliver to that hell hole again. 11days to deliver a load and another lost day because too late in the evening to book a load. What a joke. If you're an owner operator, this is not the place to haul a load to. Your time and money means nothing to them . Not only did I lose money for everyday i had to sit on this load. There's the repair bill for my truck. What angers me the most is that I missed the funeral of my loved one, which they were made aware of. Google needs to add a minus stars for places like this.
