“Recently, I had the honor of participating in the Launch Mid-Valley Startup Bootcamp Weekend—an incredible gathering of entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, all striving to take our businesses (or business ideas) to the next level. And that’s exactly what happened for me!
As a newcomer to business ownership, this event—hosted by Malee Ojua and her phenomenal team—introduced me to concepts and principles I hadn’t even realized I needed to know. But what truly set this experience apart was how the materials were presented in a way that I could confidently apply to my own journey.
Each presenter delivered invaluable insights and practical tools, tailored to help us visualize and implement them—regardless of how different our businesses were from theirs. On top of that, having mentors available throughout the weekend was a game-changer. They answered questions, provided guidance, and offered fresh perspectives that challenged my own limited views.
Malee, in particular, was an incredible support system—especially when crunch time hit! When I got stuck on an assignment by taking it too literally, she leveraged her years of expertise to break it down in a way that clicked for me. That moment alone boosted my confidence and helped me gain a clearer understanding of who I am as an entrepreneur, empowering me to stay true to the core and essence of what I offer.
I had been searching for a space where I could connect with like-minded individuals—people who would challenge me, cheer me on, and genuinely want to see me succeed. This bootcamp was exactly that! It provided the perfect environment to build relationships, create community, learn from seasoned business owners, and pour the heartbeat of Tamika into every interaction.
The value I gained from this weekend FAR exceeded the monetary investment. The resources and insights Malee shared are already shaping my journey and propelling Tamika L. Herbert to the next dimension.

“Our Company was looking to elevate our online presence beyond our original Square Space site to something with a degree of polish, professionalism and sophistication. We chose Murmur not only because of their impressive portfolio which of course accomplished all those goals at an aesthetic level, but also because our observation of the sites they created was they were reliably functional (too many supposedly high-end websites will always have pages or plugins which don't operate correctly). In working with them we discovered not only a team of top shelf designers and programmers who were able to meet and exceed all of our various form, function, style and substance goals, but also a managerial team whose competence, professionalism and experience were apparent from Day 1.
The way in which they quarterbacked the various stages of development made it clear they not only had a wealth of experience in this type of work, but knew from that experience what types of communication problems could occur during the process. Their methodology for asking questions, collecting information, formulating different ideas and giving us a gallery of sample designs to choose from not only helped to streamline our thinking, but spoke to a team of people who knew what problems commonly plagued clients and worked to trouble-shoot those problems BEFORE they occurred.
Murmur helped develop our brand, upgrade our website, realize our vision and perhaps most importantly, increase sales. We would recommend them to anyone seeking to do the same.”

When it came time to do the printing Harold and Premier Press were recommended to us by Ryan/Eric and the team at OVO.We had a mix of hard and soft cover booklets sent to us.After we took delivery we realized that we didnt' receive the hard covers that went with the booklets.After much back and forth with Harold we recognized that they produced and shipped it, but UPS never delivered it to us (two part order, 8 boxes each, 1 was dissimilar and just never recevied).We both tooth our time trying to see if we could locate the missing hardcovers.When it became apparent that they weren't going to show up, Harold and his team basically said, "Dr Kang don't worry about it, we are gonna get this done right by you."And that was the end of story.
