I ordered a product online, I received the wrong item. In order to return it to get the new product I have to pay shipping again ($10) and I have to eat the money I paid for the initial shipping ($10). I have to pay over $20 worth of shipping for a $5 item. When it was the companies fault for sending the wrong one. Called customer service and they stated their hands are tied, and they apologize but nothing they can do. Pretty disappointing.

Been here a few times got what I was looking for ????????but now they have a bigger store opening in 2025 in Troutdale can't wait its much closer to home
