I just got a lot of work done at this place, they were fast and easy at scheduling my drop off and pick up. Lupe was fantastic. The only downside I would say is from my wreck I had a very obvious alert that my license plate light was out and upon pick up after I was driving I realized they never repaired it. But other than that they were cool, my insurance recommended them. Just be careful pulling into this place it’s in a busy cross section and the bus stop divides the parking lot weird.

Hector the manager has gone above and beyond what I could ever ask for. He has updated me on every move they have made. It’s been a relief knowing that my car is in good hands. I have been to a few other car collision places and he has blown them out of the water with customer service Get this man a raise before the holidays its well deserved. Thank you.

They were awesome at the 122nd and division shop. Did a great job in very little time and lots of updates. I highly recommend them! Went up and beyond!!

Had a tree branch fall on my car breaking several windows and denting a door beyond repair - fixed everything to as-new condition. Then, over a year later had some paint chip off the door they had replaced. Brought it in and they repainted, no questions asked - also cleaned exterior and interior of the car while it was being repainted, which was awesome.Services: Painting

Worst experience of my life. Basically called us a liar when they didn’t even call us. The receptionist said her colleagues would never lie and put a fake report about having called and left a voicemail. They don’t know how to do their job. They proudly claim having so many years of experience yet can’t even do their jobs right. The receptionist said “sounds like you’re blaming us for your mistake”. Of course I am if you’re lying. I can contact my phone company to give me MY call history and rub it in your faces. Please teach your employees better customer service skills. I want to give 0 stars but don’t have the option. Be thankful for this one star.

This is the place to have a fast and wonderful experience, Joe is the one to get for estimates and costumer service, I had a repair done under the last name this location had 3-4 years ago and I’m glad I came back to them, my car was done in 3 days and everything is high quality, professionalism and they treat you like family! Horrible customer service and not so sure if trustworthy. Initally got my estimate from them and they scheduled me a month out for drop off and repairs. A month later on my scheduled drop off they tell me no parts were ordered and they need me to come in for another estimate and that I could not leave the car there... Why wasn't the initial estimate good enough? Not sure. Didn't receive any calls or responses during that entire month. When I would call in for inquiry they kept saying they were too busy to take my call and they would call me back. Nope. Didn't call me back. Had to cancel with them to find a better shop. Please save yourselves the headache. I wish I had.

Could not have been treated better! Everyone there was so easy and great to deal with. Lupe was fantastic!! Great experience and my car looks brand new. They even went the extra mile and detailed out my car. Can't say enough great things about them!!!!!

JOE JOE JOE !! The best customer service I have experienced in years . He went out of his way that he could to help me through my insurance claim . Very personal very professional and very nice . I really can't express through words how much of a help he was to such a terrible situation . It's amazing what a smile can do . Thanks again Joe !

My friend and I had a TERRIBLE experience with Classic Collision on Division. I do hope no one will ever experience anything like this. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate, the estimator took photos, gave us a quote printed on paper, informed us everything will be taken care of by the insurance company, we didn't need to pay anything out of pocket. Afterwards, we time off from work to bring his car in for the scheduled service (~2 weeks after the estimation appointment). The same estimator guy decided to tell us that our car needed more work than originally estimated. He decided to call the insurance on the day of the scheduled service to confirm if the extra service would be covered. We patiently WAITED for him to contact the insurance company. We sensed that something was off at this point. Our exact thoughts were, "Why did he not tell us sooner?" "Didn't he take photos for record?" The estimator came out to inform that we had to pay an additional ~$250 for the extra service/replacement. We really just wanted our car fixed & did not want to waste our time looking for another auto shop. We weren't happy with the estimation discrepancy, but we had no time to waste. We took the day off of work for this. Next thing you know.....the estimator decided to tell us that the bumper part is "nationally back-ordered" and it won't be available until 4+ months later. He told us he would call us back to let us know when the part was in stock. Well, he never called us back. It's been 6 months already.....just saying. Of course right after that incident, we asked our insurance company to find us another autoshop. We found another one 10 minutes away from Classic Collision and the experience was 100x better because they treated us with respect & honesty. The intention of my review is to voice my experience about something that could've been easily avoided if the estimator did a better job at estimating and verify all the coverage with the insurance company in advance. When we tried to give him that feedback, he replied "human error" and kept putting the blame on the insurance company. When we went to another auto shop, the bumper that needed replacement was 100% covered by our insurance, nothing was due out of pocket. They prepared everything for us.In a healthcare setting example......if a surgeon makes a mistake on your diagnosis and decides to tell you it's because of "human error", how would you feel???? Or decides to tell a patient on their surgery date that insurance won't cover for something and they will need to pay an extra ~$250 to proceed with the surgery. When the patient has no other choice but to pay the extra fee....they get surprised with another factor....unavailability of sterilized instruments. This place is a joke.

I can't say enough about how great the guys are at this location. It's the one that Central Auto bought and they took it to a whole new level. I battled with my Jeep for two hours the night before trying to install my new headlights myself. Only could get one and was feeling hopeless on getting the other. They were my heroes and saved the day

SAVE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Paid $132.00 for them to tell me exactly what autozone told me for FREE!! I was quoted $120 for the diagnosis and was charged extra for “plastic” and wiping down my car.. Ron Tonkin Toyota charged me $50 to diagnose the issue and it was an error in the code!! Saved me $1200 (which I was informed by Toyota that it was an outrageous amount)!! Please call around. Toyota also was very clear that if it was a dime over what they quoted me they would call me to get approval. I always avoided dealerships because I thought they were so expensive, but it turns out they’re the best these days.I dropped off my car at 7:40am and called at noon to get an update, they claimed they hadn’t even touched it. Called back at 3:30pm (8 hours later) and tried to tell me it would be another hour to hour and half to get a code. Now the paperwork says the code was ran just before 9am, so why wait SO long to inform me? Or does their $10,000 machine take THAT LONG to spit a code out? When I asked for more specific paperwork on the code the gentleman was very upset and tried to tell me he “wasn’t doing this”.We had came here for YEARS and this is not the same place it use to be when Roger ran it. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I went here to buy a couple of wrangler tires on the cheap. I thought they were good tires and had been using them for years. However, Doc talked me into some Duramax tires for snow access and I have been totally impressed. Plus he fixed my steering, which I also didn't know was bad! My Tacoma drives like its on rails now. Way better snow tire and does really well in rain puddles all with zero road noise. Ill buy these tires from now on And I ll have Doc set me up. He's a stand up guy and has been great to work with. Id gladly pay the extra $$ for his labor and his guidance. Good luck out there.
