Went to buy an incense holder that didn’t have a price tag on it and the employee told me it was 20$. I found the same one on Amazon for 21$ and I asked for them if they could lower it and they said they couldn’t change the price but there was no price tag. The employee probably just wanted to keep it for themselves

good selection, and if you keep an eye on the color tags, not too pricey. the staff is very nice, too.

Don’t waste your time dropping off here. Two box limit!
Edit: their response is false. They have a two box limit. Whether or not it’s temporary, not sure. I had my car loaded with stuff hanging out the back. I was rejected!

It's the best Goodwill that I've been to so far! I love it and they had so much amazing stuff, I wish I had the financial means to buy everything I found in there.

Goodwill is picking through each item that I am donating and saying they won't take a lot of it. For example, wouldn't take two upholstered dining. However, it could give me no guidance on what they would take. Waste of time to come here.

the lady manager approached me this morning while i was shopping and told me that i had too many things in my cart. she said it was "not ok" if i only bought a few of the items and that i needed to be more selective. i only had about 10 items in the cart and she was extremely rude about the whole thing.there are homeless people in here openly stealing stuff almost every time i shop here but the manager seems more concerned about me not being selective enough in my shopping.

Inconsistent pricing. I found two pair of jeans that were long enough for me. I’m 6’ tall woman. They are so hard to find and I’m really in need of pants. They were priced at $25 each. I asked why and they said they were brand name. “Kut”? Never heard of them. She said they are $100 new. So? You’re selling Eddie Bauer, Levi’s, Banana Republic and multiple other brand name I do recognize. They aren’t marked up. I wish I could even afford a pair of $25 jeans. Sadly, I don’t have jeans. I’m not a reseller, just a working broke person in need of some pants. Then if I go to another store, they are probably lower price.I guess I shouldn’t complain because I bought a dress last week for 7.99 that turned out to be worth $1500. I’m not selling it. I love it. Not naming the brand because I’m sure it will go on the list of price gouging. Oh and stop selling dollar store items for $5 and empty used food containers that are supposed to be thrown away.Goodwill has lost its goodwill.

Ridiculous! Who's setting the prices on the items in this location? Absurd!

They knowingly sell broken electronics. You can’t properly test stuff yourself there because it’s awkward and hurried so it’s just a gamble. they should be doing it, it doesn’t take that much to do, I did it for free geek, but they want to scam customers. Goodwill is just a scam anyway by purposefully under paying disabled workers because they’re allowed to while pretending to be a nonprofit while the Oregon goodwill ceo is paid exorbitantly. They’re just about as exploitative as Salvation Army.

Dealing with such bag thieves all the time undoubtedly is difficult, but you shouldn’t burden your regular customers because of them. I showed up at 6:55 to return something, and the security guard sued they’re closed. I said to if guys close at 7 it’s 6:55, and just then a girls tried to walk out with an armful of clothes he grabbed them and wouldn’t let go and she did her damndest to yank them away, falling down, yelling nasty names. But he just held on until finally she gave up. At this point there were still three people checking out, at three different registers. I ask again, are you seriously not going to let me make a return? I was here before 7, clearly, He asked the lady manager and she straight up tells me I have to come back some other day. Too bad. Why the hell can’t retail employees understand that what takes them literally 30 secs to accomplish, by refusing to do their job, forced me to spend all that time and gas money tk drive all the way back on another day. It’s infuriating. And there is zero logic. IF YOU CLOSE AT 6:50T THEN CHANGE YOUR HOURE TO CLOSIng AT 6:50. IF YIU LOCK YOUR DOORS AT 6:50, then your hours ARE NOT TIL 7:00 pm. it’s ridiculous. Why exactly are goodwill employee time worth more than mine? As a paying customer? That they have no problem wasting house of mine time because they refuse to spend 30 seconds to process a return during “business hours”

This Goodwill is fine. They have a small parking lot but it's never been full when I've been there. The store is on the small to medium size. Their clothes selection is decent quality, a pretty small furniture area and books area. Household goods are okay. Staff is sparse but friendly. Dressing rooms are not open as with most places post-COVID. Prices aren't a screaming deal but you can still find a good buy here and there.
