I enjoy shopping at this location, even though it isn’t a superstore I usually find treasures. The staff have all been kind and the store is clean and organized. The fitting rooms are permanently closed here but they allow you to try on clothes over your clothes in the hallway. I usually wear leggings and a small t-shirt so I can more easily try on clothes on top of them.

Went there for a pair of leggings. Ended up paying the same price as if I had bought them new.Customer service, a little pushy.Cleanliness, i rate a 6 out of 10.

How can a store that has mostly clothing and a no cash refund policy justify not having a fitting room? The fact that the signage uses covid as an excuse is just irritating considering all other factors show no concern for it at this point. I'd like this location, but shopping all around only to find that I can't try it on is a deal breaker for sure

Location 9015 S.E.Powell, Portland OR 97266invoice # 30689002.I recently visited the Goodwill store with my daughter, hoping for a pleasant shopping experience. Unfortunately, what we encountered was nothing short of disappointment, embarrassment, and a blatant lack of respect from the employees. I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience and caution others before considering shopping at this location.Upon entering the store, my daughter and I were immediately met with judgment and stereotyping from the employees. It was clear that they made assumptions about us based on our appearance, which is both unfair and unacceptable. We were treated as if we did not belong there, and this prejudiced treatment made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable from the start. To make matters worse, when my daughter requested to use the fitting room to try on some clothes, we were shockingly denied access. The employees' reasoning for this refusal was never adequately explained, leaving us to feel humiliated and disrespected. Instead, we were forced to try on clothes in the middle of the store, where other customers could see us. This was an embarrassing and uncomfortable experience, especially for my daughter, who deserved privacy and dignity while trying on clothes.Despite the distressing treatment we received, we decided to proceed with our shopping, hoping that the employees' behavior would improve. Regrettably, this was not the case. Throughout our time in the store, we felt as if we were being watched and monitored, as if our every move was being scrutinized. The employees' lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was evident, and it left a sour taste in our mouths.Despite the disrespectful treatment and the negative atmosphere, I ended up purchasing items totaling $130.00, solely because I genuinely needed the items and wanted to support the Goodwill mission. However, I left the store feeling deeply disappointed and disheartened by the entire experience. It is truly dismaying to witness such behavior from a store that is supposed to promote goodwill and inclusivity. Stereotyping customers, denying access to fitting rooms, and subjecting them to public scrutiny is not only disrespectful but also an infringement upon their rights as paying customers.I sincerely hope that Goodwill takes this review seriously and addresses the issues we encountered. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome or embarrassed while shopping. It is my fervent wish that changes are implemented to ensure that all customers, regardless of their appearance, are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve. In conclusion, I regretfully advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering shopping at this particular Goodwill location. The lack of professionalism, unfair stereotyping, and disrespectful treatment we experienced were deeply disappointing and should not be tolerated. Goodwill needs to reevaluate its customer service practices and ensure that every customer is treated fairly and respectfully.

Since when was there a two item limit for donations? There was no notice of such rule online or on the premises. Came with several small boxes and was only able to donate two. Attendant was also extremely rude.

Price gauging on furniture. $100 for a child's kitchen? Absolutely ridiculous. $50 for a dresser? You're not helping poor people anymore.

This location used to close at 8pm. 6 is a ridiculous time to close, especially when people work during the day. It’s also confusing when every local goodwill store closes at a different time. They used to ALL be open until 8, but I see that’s no longer reliable. Ridiculous.

I was really looking forward to coming here close to closing time bc I wanted the store to be empty. The info says this store closes at 9p—I got here at 8:08p and all the lights were on, but the doors were locked and there was no human/employee in sight. I even called the store 2x with no success. I *EVEN* rang the donation drive-thru bell. This is really disappointing, as I drove 20 minutes and specifically came at this time. Big bummer. Please either abide by the info you’ve made public (i.e. your hours) or change your public info.

I like the store when it's actually open... Says they're open to 9pm nope don't count on that.. only open till 6pm!!!! At least today which is a freakin' Saturday... Should probably get that updated online.. I wouldn't have wasted my time and especially my overly expensive gas to get here for absolutely nothing whatsoever.... Thanks Goodwill..

This is my favorite Goodwill in town. So much so I've debated writing this review I always find the best home goods items and glassware. I've also found entire sets of perfection condition, vintage plate sets. You just have to take the time to go through the entire section to bird dog all the plate sizes, bowls, tea cups, saucers, gravy bowls and creamers etc. Target also does donations here. We always find brand new items from Target at highly discounted prices. New in box without flaws. We've also found some amazing footwear. Brand new adidas for $24 and Levi's jackets for $10. I loaded up on gifts for my brother this Christmas. All NWT or in brand new condition. Managed to pick up a duraflame heater for $25 and they're going for $200 online rn. Also grabbed a new Target hanging chair for $15 and it's still on their website for $234. If you take the time, you'll find amazing things. I've found some of my favorite wall art here over the years. One of which is a wood inlay piece of 7 different types of wood with a scene of mountains and antelope by a PNW artist from the 70's.

Small. Very Clean. Well organize. Very friendly. I lost my one earbud in the store and what r the chance someone found it and safe it for me? These folks that work there did. They made my day.

Super nice staff. This goodwill seems to get nice things donated and seems to price them well. I love buying puzzles and Jars from this location. Nicely price and a good selection. It's the only one I enjoy going to these days.

I love how quickly the attendant come out to take my donations in the drive up. He is always smiling and helpful.
