Gone West is the kind of place where you always feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Each time I’m in, I always find the cutest gifts and things to add to my home. It’s such a unique spot and I’m proud to have it in our city. Rue, the resident shop dog, also excels in customer service. :)

Gone West is a fantastic shop - lots of great art, plants, jewelry, bed & bath, etc. There's always something fun to buy, and the adorable shop dog is just an extra bonus!

Portland has its share of cute boutique shops, but this one is special. I don't what it is, but there's something about how this shop is set up that makes you relax and linger. There's a healthy amount of plant stuff, bath/hair products, scented stuff, jewelry, etc. without feeling like they're trying to have everything. Some of these stores can be cramped and overwhelming but not this one. I bought some bath soaks and will probably be back soon!

Gotta love places with shop dogs. Rue, the resident black lab, is the most friendly sales associate ever. We enjoyed our time here and left with some unique finds (check out their animal planters!) by local makers. Good safety protocols in place to protect against covid.

Pretty sure closing time refers to when they're leaving the shop (tills closed, etc) as opposed to when doors close. That being said, everything else about this shop is awesome so plan accordingly and don't run late

Stopped in yesterday to make some quick small gift purchases. The shop has an excellent variety of product. Great plants, vases, skincare, etc. all very eco friendly! The owner is taking stellar COVID precautions. Wait to be let in, wash your hands before browsing. Great shopping experience!
