Had a great club fitting experience with Alex. Communication was excellent, Alex gave me the opportunity to ask questions and engage in the fitting process. I came away with more knowledge and understanding of the process, not to mention a shaft/grip/clubhead combination that feels and performs great. Worth the 4 hour drive from my home in Cosmopolis wa. Alex and Austin killed it for me today. Going above and beyond for a customer. Highly recommend either of them for fittings or general knowledge of golf club selections. Will gladly spend all my money with them ?. Also let’s not forget about Steven, dude can re-grip a club in 2 minutes flat. You guys rock.

I cruised in Golf Galaxy yesterday and was helped by Andrew. I was looking to up my game and lower my score with a new wedge that could help me from 100yd in. As a left-handed player, finding clubs can sometimes be difficult. Andrew led me to the right place and even let me hit a few balls to see if the club would be a good fit for me. Today, I put my new club to the test and sure enough I chipped in from 20yd out. Thanks again, Andrew!

Zero stars. Visited the Golf Galaxy store at Cascade Station this afternoon to try the Ping G430Max and Callaway AI Smoke drivers as well as two separate iron sets with the intent to purchase. They set me up at the hitting cage and I tried all of the clubs multiple times because the tracker system wouldn't read the ball. I asked 3 different times for help with the tracking system and still had trouble with it. One salesman says it doesn't read irons, the next guy shrugged his shoulders and said I have to wait for the green light (which I did) but it still wasn't working correctly. The initial salesman that set me up and brought the demo clubs came up to me and said "are you here to shop for something or just play video games?". That didn't go over so well with me, so I told him if the monitor was working correctly I wouldn't have needed to hit so many balls to determine if the clubs were worth the thousands of dollars I was ready to spend on them. Finally, the last guy came up to me (the manager I assume) and asked if I wanted to schedule a practice session (presumably because I was using their cage and not buying something at the register already). No, I want your equipment that you use to work right and if it doesn't, then someone needs to fix it. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life and left the store feeling like I was a homeless bum that came in to use their restroom. The attitude from all of them was "buy something without bothering me and making me do my job or leave". Never again will I subject myself to that kind of treatment. If my employees in my business treated customers that way they'd all be fired on the spot.

I came in for an irons fitting with Bryan Welsh and had an excellent experience. This was my first time getting a professional golf consultation and Bryan made me feel comfortable through the whole process. He walked me through each club modification that he made and explained how it would compliment my swing. I left with a good feeling about his recommendations and had a lot of fun with my visit. I would highly recommend booking a fitting with Bryan.

My husband has had the opportunity to work with Patrick, he has helped with his fittings and to purchase the right set of irons. He has returned for other clubs and Patrick gets it right every time. Highly recommend seeing Patrick for your golf needs!

Went in for a driver fitting and had a phenomenal experience with Patrick Lee. He helped me identify what was going on and how to better use my existing driver rather than trying to push me into buying something brand new. His manager Patrick was also very helpful and friendly.

I went in there to buy a driver and putter. I was excited. This is an hour away from where I live. I don't know much about golf, but was prepared to spend $1k. I have a beginner set, and am wanting to make a couple upgrades. Most of the service staff were huddled near the virtual golf bay. I tried twice to get help and my girlfriend tried once. More interested in virtual golf then helping.
