I was looking for a 1/2 ton 4x4 Ford for a reasonable price way back in 2016. OK, it's been a while ago. I couldn't find anything near where I live in Southern Oregon so I started looking on CraigsList for something out of the area. One popped up at this place in Portland so I called the guy and asked about it. The dealer and the truck sounded like what I was looking for but didn't know if it was worth a 4 hour drive or a plane flight. I decided to chance it and flew up and got a rental at PDX. When I got to his lot I inspected the truck. It was a former Pacific Power and Light truck that he bought at an auction. It had lots of miles (180k) but seemed well taken care of and when I got under it and inspected everything it appeared to have a brand spanking new automatic transmission. The dealer guy said he didn't know much about the truck (auction buy). It drove fine and was pretty straight. I've had it for over 7 years and it still runs good, a 4.6L V8, luckily. I don't put a lot of miles on it but I'm happy with it. Daryl gave me a ride back to the airport so I could drop off my rental car and we did the deal in cash. You take a chance with any used car, the used car dealer is about as clueless as you are about the condition of the car. It's a gamble. Since I got it I've replaced the battery and alternator and the tires and shocks. It runs great. Normal stuff. I won this time and Daryl treated me fine. I would buy from the guy again. Seems like a straight up guy. I don't care either way about his Christian beliefs but I think he wants to do people a fair deal and keep right with the Big Guy.

So I needed to rent a YouHaul truck last minute. Now I just found out that after the traditional way of renting such as walk in brick n mortar where business hours are closed. Theres still a way to rent, at first it was alittle bit confusing and can get frustrating. Especially if the driver is different then the paying card holder as was the case for me. Fortunately we eventually found another 3rd party rental option located with a brick n mortar that was able to help troubleshoot the annoying online information verification. This is new for renting a you haul, either your online verification is successful and you can pick up your truck at location without the need to talk to any You haul representative. The truck here at Godz rental was parked down a sketchy gravel road in a questionable neighborhood. With no luck with our online verification. We found another 3rd party location that was still open and there we recieved the face to face help to complete our need.

Bought a scion Tc from Daryl a few years ago and he sold it to me knowing it had been previously totaled and hacked back together, got a CEL that he promised to fix but he just had his “mechanic” throwing used parts at it for months and never fixed it. Any good reviews here are bought and paid for.

Purchased a car from here recently and had a great experience! Daryle is incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond helping me collect everything needed to replace a title after the DMV lost my first set of paperwork. Thanks Daryle!Ps: the car is amazing and was an incredible value. Hard to find in a used car shop!

Why is your vehicle parked in a Walmart pickup spot when they are needed for pick ups? Did you enjoy your shopping trip while we all had to go around your vehicle to actually use them for their real purpose. So rude!!

Typical lemon dealer. Talk on the phone “everything’s great, clean title, no issues” get there to find the car leaking oil and power steering fluid, check engine lights on, and the guy won’t even admit to me that he can see a puddle of oil under the vehicle. Sketchy.

Daryl is a really cool guy and gave me a great deal on the 2001 Civic I purchased. Very satisfied with the customer experience and the car. She cleaned up really well! 12/10 would do business with Daryl again!

This is one of the few auto dealerships I have dealt with that I felt was completely honest. I ended up buying a truck from godz Isle and it ended up being exactly what I wanted. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will definitely come back to this location
