Really disappointed. I originally spoke with someone in the office and they were to get back to me . Long story short after 6 weeks I called and they curtly said not taking any new clients....really you could not call back to let a potential client know the score.....Actually Baruch, no one ever offered or mentioned we should fill out something on the website...so yes I am disappointed and no I would not think we are a good fit since your office person lacks informing people when they call. I tried several times before I got someone in early October and waited patiently for them to get back to me, enjoy your holiday too.

Go Green Tax has been great to work with the last several months. They helped me file for an extension, figure out how to get the information I needed since it was a bit of a special case, and filed my returns on time. So grateful to Baruch and Tierney for their help.

I spent several hours of my time confirming something that I already knew, because an accountant I never hired filed paperwork with an incorrect business classification.Communication is also not great. They say they will get back to you, but really you need to call several times to get back in touch with them.

Baruch saved us close to $60,000 over the last few years. This is not a typo. He also went out of his way to help us do this by helping us fight for incorrect federal taxation, we would have never managed without him. In 2020, he still came through but was honest that they were swamped and running behind ( I get it, 2020 was insane). Baruch is incredibly intelligent, resilient, quick to learn and I see last year as strengthening the company going forward which he iterates. I appreciate Baruch's honesty, integrity, personality (he is terribly funny) and we would go not where else. My husband and I have seen several tax preparers over the years who did not come close to Baruch's level of detail and keen ability to make tax preparation an easy process; somehow, we usually leave laughing, musing that tax time used to be stressful but now it's (dare we say) almost fun.

This is the worst company I have EVER delt with for tax purposes, I have called and called and called and no calls back. I have got threw ONE time and they could not even help me with some simple information from a previous employer.

Our business is a repeat client of Baruch's. Many calls and emails with no response. We signed an engagement letter in January 2020, its now July 14 the day before tax day and we have no idea if our taxes are being filed. The CPA board will probably want to know about this.

I had a video conference meeting with Clifton on April 3 to go over my tax filing and everything went smoothly and seemed great. Fast forward to April 27th, I have not heard anything from Clifton or the GoGreenTax team regarding my filing. I thought my taxes would be filed by the typical April 15 tax deadline, nothing had been said it may be pushed back to the new July 15th deadline. I reached out via email to ask for an update on the status of my tax filing - no response (email sent April 27). I followed up with another email on May 8 - no response. Another email on June 4 - no response. Tried calling today (June 15) no one is answering. Sent another email..I really need to know if my taxes will be filed in time for the July 15th deadline... If they are not capable of doing their job I need to know NOW so I can find another alternative. I understand we are in unprecedented times but there is no excuse for neglecting to respond to client inquiries.

I used Baruch last year to do my taxes and he was great! Very personable and totally on it with current tax laws. This year we were given to Clifton, which was fine, but he wasn't totally together, but he's new to PDX and the firm, so we gave him a pass. Then March rolled around, the pandemic hit and I can't get anyone at GGT to reply to me. I was told my taxes were prepared and that Baruch just needed to sign off and they'd be in touch in a week or so, and that was early April....it's almost June and I have heard nothing. I just want my taxes done. I have referred a few friends here, and now I worry they are being treated the same way....very unfortunate.
