The staff at the Science Park location have been so kind as my family deals with our sister’s loss while her car was being repaired. They have kept in touch with status updates, are storing the car until we can get there to pick it up. They have bent over backwards to make things simple. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you all!

Excellent experience. Customer service was top notch and they finished 3 weeks early. The quality of the repairs was perfect. They also have an Enterprise Rent-A-Car right next door so it's super convenient. Absolutely would recommend Gerber to anyone looking to get repairs done on their vehicle.

Jessica at Gerber (Science Park location), is amazing. Our family had two cars involved in accidents during the same time period, and we worked with Jessica for both cars. Jessica is professional, understanding, and very knowledgeable about the business. Jessica was flexible when we needed to reschedule repairs and worked with the two insurance companies for the total loss of the other car. I would highly recommend this Gerber location just so you can have a peace of mind by working with Jessica.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They replaced my bumper, so I guess that's a positive. I received text updates for about a month with an ETA, only to discover after calling them the day after I was supposed to pick my car up, that it would take another week and a half. Luis made it right by giving me a rental free of charge until my car was finished. The paint match is ok at best, they forgot to install my spoiler, there were clips missing for interior trim, clips for my cargo net were missing, and the handle for my trunk lid was also missing. They cleaned the interior of my car, which was cleaned before I dropped it off to them, but the trunk area where they actually worked is filthy. I had noticed that the Geico estimator listed the wrong tail light on my estimate, and called Gerber to let them know, they assured me that it wouldn't be an issue- they ended up installing the incorrect tail light. Can definitively say that craftsmanship, communication and attention to detail are not their strengths. Wish I had gone somewhere else.Services: Painting

If I could. I would give this place negative stars. I brought the car in May. They gave a estimate and said they need to make an appointment to look at the car on the lift. I waited for a call. Finally called them after a week. They said Bring it in on June 30. They said they would call when they got done with the estimate. I waited another 10 days & called. They said the person I had to talk to wasn’t there. But I would get a call back within a couple days. I waited 5 days and called again. They said they would get back to me. Finally on July 24 I talked to someone who felt it necessaryto lie to me. Said they were waiting on the insurance to see what they wanted to do. I called my insurance they told me they have not received any estimate from the shop so they decided that they would call to find out what is going on. When my insurance called me back. I was told the shop wasn’t finished with doing the estimate yet. But the insurance said they would call me as soon as they get an estimate and so I know what was going on. Now on July 27 I found out my car in being totaled. I was told I could come by and get my stuff out of the car. I show up at the shop after talking to the lady in the front who is rude. After waiting over an hour. To first be lied to by the lady at the front desk. Saying they are looking where they parked the car. Then one of the guys come up front and say they lost my keys. They have no idea where they put them. So they will continue looking. So I was unable to get my stuff out of the car. Told them I would come back on Monday to try again. Their mission statement hanging Inside side says they want every customer to be wow in customer Service. I guess in a way they succeeded, wow, they love to lie. Wow, they are unprofessional. Wow, they are rude. Wow, it takes them forever to do an estimate. Wow they lose your keys so you cannot get your stuff out of the car if your vehicle is totaled. Wow they actually have customers that bring their car to them. I guess the president of the company does not pay attention to the way this place is run.

I have waited to submit my feedback for the past year and a half hoping to have a good experience at this business. Unfortunately, that never came. I had major repairs done to my car that took over 9 weeks to complete. When I finally got my car back, I went on a road trip to Canada where it broke down because of a crack in the flow censor caused that wasn't diagnosed by the mechanic. I also found a screw driver left in the engine. Six months later, the paneling by the window snapped off because (as the Hyundai said when I took it there) the door was bent. Gerber denied that but replaced the trim. Six months later, the trim was loose and rubber lining around the window started coming out. Then the air conditioner started to make a grinding noise. The car only had 12K miles on it. I have since sold it because I was tired of Gerber not fixing my car. Very frustrated with this experience. I hope no one else has to experience it either. Front desk folks were nice and the regional manager did try to step in after I complained loud enough. It was just too late.

Drove my friend here from Washington. An hour or so drive. So she could pick up her car that was repaired from a crash. They had more repairs needed than were on the estimate. But they got with her insurance and took care of that. She paid her deductible and signed the papers. After looking over her car after the body repairs she was happy with the work they had done.I have had Gerber Collision repair my own car several years ago in Salt Lake city, Utah. I had a similar experience as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited 3 months for the repair job to be done for a bumper. The car was driveable when we dropped it off. Then we find out they didn't have the part and our car was our dissambled and they wouldn't give it back. And it was going to be $1000 more than the original quote. Even though they had 3 months to order the bumper, they did not. They then said it was "impossible" for us to pick up the car for almost 2 months. I finally called and had to go ballistic on them and told them to put my car back together and we would go somewhere else, that they couldn't just keep our car indefinitely. They finally said they would be we had to pay a reassembly fee and restocking fee. I agreed to that, we just need put car back. They still haven't given us a timeframe to get it back. Would NEVER recommend. Incredibly inept and unproffesional.

I have been dealing with Gerber since I brought in my car in December, 2022. It took forever to get my car back, due to parts being backordered and whatever other excuse they gave me. During that time, I had some communication with them, but when I asked when a part was due, they told me I should call the other company to see when I could get it. I complained then, nothing happened. Now, another part was backordered, but they said I could have my car back in March and they would call me to let me know when it was in. I never got a call. I had to call them. In May. They were like, "Oh yeah, the part is here." I went to my appointment and was told it would be an hour. One hour and 45 minutes later, I stand up to see what is going on, because I saw what I thought was my car outside and the mechanic or estimator happened to see me, said I will bring you your key. It was my car. It was out there for at least a half hour, and nobody told me. I got in my car, and it still wasn't fixed correctly. I went back, talked to a Tony, who told me they are aware of it and that they have to order a part. They were going to let me go and not tell me a thing. I am so mad that I had to miss a half day of work because of this, and my car still isn't fully fixed.
