Told me 80$ over the phone, drove over an hour to get there, and they changed it to 275$. They wasted my time and gas and didn’t care nor honor their quote over the phone. Save your time and avoid this place.

If I was able to give no stars I would because this mean old guy didn’t give any good customer service at all. I believe it was John but don’t look for him it’s a good example of bad customer service.

So bad person the guy work there he don’t know what is mean customer service or customer care I used to buy every week 3-4 bumpers from this location because of this guy I hate this place and I will not come again to buy from there I found one guy in Facebook messenger he sell bumper more good than this place. Guy who works there have bad attitude with costumers.actually he don't care, I used to deal with the owner was way better than his employee right nowDon't bother your self to vist this place there's nothing but expensive scrap plastic

Very helpful people.. but they give me wrong bumper.. I return the bumper. And the said no refunds policy. I tried to find a different bumper that work.. they didn't have. I left the wrong bumper there..and I think is not the type of company that I can do business with. They are greedy..The mechanic who fix my car can't find the receipt.. the owner said she will do an exception and give a store credit if I find the receipt.

Bought two refurbished bumpers, after a week one of them bubble up while it was inside, and the other one was repaired badly, one side of the bumper was cut off , and wouldn’t align, when I came back to tell them they would let me return them and now I have two useless bumpers.
