Okay honestly being on the road and getting help with otr problems. Your associate Will was the best mechanic/tire repair guy I’ve ever encountered seriously. There before on time and was so good at his job training at the same time while popping these tires out in efficiently/professionally . I was out in 20 minutes flat. I’ve never been impressed like this. Thank you again Will for your time and service. Ps this man deserves a raise for what he does.

This business is fantastic, hands down. Found them randomly via Google search for a flat repair, which they did for free. So when it came time for new tires on my car I went back to them for price comparison. I knew the exact tire I wanted already, and was willing to pay a little more at Pomp’s than another shop as a thank you for the previous freebie. They actually ended up being the least expensive as well, after getting quotes from Americas Tire and Point S.
Cody handled all the scheduling, Hector and the guys in the shop were also a pleasure to deal with. Six stars out of 5!!

Jason, the technician was instructed to place the tire on the trailers undercarriage per my company’s police, yet instead he left it propped up against the truck. Without informing the driver, which left the job Imcomplete. Poor communication on the technicians behalf!

Wouldn't recommend buying semi truck tires from these guys! Our company has had an account for many many years with them but no more. We got a truck that came with tires from them and the tires have a known sidewall flaw (known throughout the tire industry) and they refused to honor the warranty when the sidewalls started to bubble one after the other and made us pay for new tires on a brand new truck.

This is for delivery drivers.Bad place to deliver. Unorganized. Tight lot.They open at 7:30 so I called to see if I can drive in now on 11.06.23 . As they have very little space inside to maneuver. The lady who answered told me to come back at 9, as they only start receiving at 9 and it’s fcfs . Then, I have specifically asked if I need to call prior or just drive in. She told me that I can just drive in. When I arrived at 8:55 am strangely enough there was already a truck in a one and only dock getting unloaded. So I had to back out to the street turn around and wait for that truck to get unloaded. Once I backed into a door they were pretty slow as well.
