I've used Gatto and Sons over the years at multiple restaurants for my produce needs. Mike, the owner, is responsive, professional and kind. If there is ever an issue with my order (which is rare), they always make it right. Not many purveyors like these guys still around. Support your local business! I highly recommend.

Best produce provider in Portland! Customer service is amazing, they go above and beyond to get my restaurant what we need. Great selection of local and fresh products. Family business run by good people. Gatto & Sons keeps my business running smooth. Trustworthy and reliable, I can't say enough good things about them!

We use Gatto & Sons for both of our restaurants because they are the best in the city of Portland. You can rely on them for accuracy, timeliness, and the very best product. They have special ordered items just for us. They always respond right away and give a heads up when something may be different. In fact, when I have sent my order incorrectly— they have caught my errors! Talk about service!! Gatto & Sons is second to none. Thanks for all you do! We appreciate you!

Unacceptable behavior by delivery guy in Eugene. Gatto & Sons supplies Jersey Mike's, near the UofO campus. That building has a tiny parking garage, so I get why spaces are coveted. I witnessed their delivery guy pull into the reserved space for another business in the building just as that employee came back to work, in a hurry. When the reserved space guy pointed it out and asked him to move, instead of finding another spot or even temporarily pulling out and pulling back into the garage behind him (with flashers in or whatever), he started bullshitting about how he's been delivering there for years (BTW, JM's has only been there for about a year, not that long) and yadda yadda, doesn't give a shit unless Jersey Mike's tells him to (like they would know about reserved parking for the other 3 businesses in the building??). He proceeded to unload his produce and make the other guy wait. After the reserved space guy asked JM's to have him move, a clueless JM's manager AND this extremely rude delivery guy both berated the guy who just wanted to park in his spot and go back to work. WTF. I don't expect much from a lousy chain sandwich shop, but I was kind of surprised when I googled the delivery company and saw it's a small, family-owned business. Shame on this guy for treating other workers like crap (especially when he's driving a company vehicle).
