Really surprised, needed my tires balanced - they did all 4 for $60 — great service and honesty, skillful mechanics, they were able to spot things I should look at and advise to keep an eye on / but didn’t try to upsell me to fix them / just called my attention to and advised what to do to avoid issues. Great shop.

I asked if they could fix my tire. They looked at it and said no because it was 'in the side' ( it was close to the edge but not in the unrepairable part). They said I would need a new tire. I said okay, but then he tried to say because it was all wheel drive I would have to replace all four tires. I was like no thanks. I ended up just driving on the spare twenty miles to go to les Schwab the next day. They fixed it for free. In summary, this place employs people trying to trick people who don't know about cars into paying for tires they don't need.

If you’re looking to have a 30 minute tire repair take 2.5 hours. This is the shop for you. I made an appointment and came in for it, only to wait for 2.5 hours with no one around at the desk to ask any questions. Then a mechanic came out and I asked him about my truck only for him to say it was done hours ago, yet the owner left so no one knew who it was for. Unbelievably unprofessional, will not be returning here.
*Edit: this is not the wrong shop, the response from the owner is a lie and he remembers me im sure. I waited hours for a simple tire puncture and paid 45$ for it

Worst experience ever. The owner or the Manager seemed annoyed that I was on site. I came around 5:30PM and they close at 7PM and asked if they had a specific tire available for my car. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and willing, but when he asked his “Boss man” about tire availability and service openings, he seemed to be very annoyed and not respectful toward me or his employee. On top of this, he was taking a phone call and didn’t acknowledge my presence . I’ve never felt more un-welcomed by a shop owner in my life. I also don’t write reviews at all but I was really upset with their hospitality and service. I will never come back to this shop and I WON’T recommend this shop to anyone! I’ve had a better experience with Tire Depot in Hillsboro OR! They deserve 5 stars!

This business is more than a Tire Repair shop. They have also helped us with oil changes and ignition coils! The owner is polite and professional and they seem to always get us in and out the same day! We appreciate their work and great prices. :)

Had a low tire pressure sensor, filled it up and brought my car in to patch the hole in my tire. They told me that they couldn't find a hole in it and the tire was fine. The next day when I get in there's a low tire pressure sensor light again and I could literally hear the air escaping from my tire. So now I still have a hole.in my tire that needs patching but instead of having it taken care of already I have to wast my time to go to a tire shop again because there's clearly a hole in it. I'll be going to a different shop this time.

Very bad Customer service. Id very much recommend a different tire shop. Owner is a scum bag and will cheat you out of money and services to cut costs. This is a shady establishment
