The photos say it all. This was a custom order including custom sizing, and paid in full up front. She stopped responding, never resent the listing, ignored Etsy, email, and over a week later I found I was blocked when I tried to reach out on social media.

Unbelievably bad customer service. Made me feel as though I didn’t have the money to spend there. And although I do, I will not be spending it there.

Very unique pieces, went in for an engagement ring and found a gorgeous necklace, too! Then a couple of months later my husband ordered a birthstone ring for me. Gary remembered us and was very courteous. All in all a wonderful experience all around!
