Wish I didn’t have to leave any stars the woman at the front was horrible and they gave away my Xbox to someone else but still charged me for it nicer doing o line orders again clearly they don’t know how to check id or confirm any information and now I am SOL

I had another issue at another game stop location across town and called this location (long story) and got in touch with Sam, the store manager. Not only did Sam listen to my issue, he helped me out by taking my issue seriously and getting the right person contacted to address the situation. When I got a dead end response from corporate email, I don't think I would've had resolution without Sam helping me. He said they care a lot about return customers at this location & I have to believe that's true based on my experience. Will gladly shop this location when in the area. GameStop would greatly benefit from more store managers like this!

9/20/2023. Terrible business. I arrived here at 8:35pm on a Wednesday night and the doors were already locked. The person behind the counter made a hand gesture that they're closed even though the sign on the door says that they close at 9pm on weekdays as well as the website. If management or corporate sees this this review I hope they look into who was working the evening shift on 9/20/2023 and see that they closed the store down earlier despite actual closing hours listed on the door.

Not exactly sure what the point of having business hours stating they're open until 8pm is. Showed up to the store at 6pm and a crappy sign is taped to the door saying they close at 530pm. Not that there's any reason for an emergent visit to GameStop, but how about some work ethic or at least accurate hours posted?

Super fun experience, the employee was engaging and fun. Handled the technical issues smoothly, was easy to talk to and communicate with. Definitely will be back.

I know places are short staffed, but I've gone to this store twice now, during their business hours, and each time the store has been closed with a hand written sign saying "Store will open at ______" It is infuriating. The second time we went, the store was closed for at least an hour. Might be a good idea to call ahead of time to make sure they are open before going out of your way to pick up a pre-ordered game.

Just came in to buy couple of games . And they had a game for PS5 that I wanted. It was 29. Then at the register the lady told me that it was 49 not 29 they had the wrong label. Kinda rude. She didn't want to respect the price tag that was on it. Just take your business somewhere else.

I see the employees are picky with whom they want to provide customer service to. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted back and I noticed other people walking in were treated differently, even their customer service was a lot better to the people who called. I was ready to buy gear and games but upon being cut off not even finishing my sentence I realized I wasn’t wanted there.
