Firstly, GameStop is at this point just a nostalgic place to visit. It is no longer advantageous to exclusively shop here for games. I purchased a pre-owned Xbox controller as a pro member and ended up not needing the controller. I was 3 days outside of the return policy but had not used the item. I was willing to accept store credit even to spend the money back in store but the person was unwilling to make an exception for the return. I paid 56.99 for the unit and they said the could give 13-18 dollars for it if I used the trade in system. That felt awful. It was strange because first they denied me initially because they claimed "can't find your receipt through your pro membership" which I found out was untrue. But I provided the physical receipt in store then the reason changed to being outside return by 3days. when I called the GameStop customer service the rep told me "systematically they could have fulfilled that and I'm sorry they didn't but the manager in store could have made an exception for store credit" Additionally, they were unkind to me in this store. I was aware of the prejudice they have in this location with the BIPOC community location so I did not expect the BEST service but usually when they are nicer when talking you.

It was truly odd how pushy the asian gal was about membership and other add-ons even after I emphatically stated that I only wanted the item in my hands and didn't frequent the establishment often enough to even warrant paying for any extra perks. Would've left 1 star were it not for the possibility that she has legit mental issues.

The lady at the desk needs to learn to take no for an answer made buying very awkward because she was so pushy about memberships and warranties.

Stopped shopping at GameStop because every time id go in this store the employees were obviously stressed and tired which reflects in the company. But I did try to buy something for the first time in years 2 weeks ago and the employee which I 5hink might even have been manager was so actively hostile immediately I was actually shocked lol not to clutch my pearls but this person is a detriment to themselves.

I came here to sell my switch lite thinking I would at least $60 or so, they offered me $21, I thought that was ridiculous but I sold it on Facebook marketplace for $80

I've been to other "GameStop" locations&they were ALL better get this one! The store size is tiny,the workers don't seem 2 have the knowledge one would expect them to&it was crowded w/customers that no one was speaking to! Even just 2 say:"I'll b w/u in a moment."

Friendly staff and great selection of products. Lots of accessories, cool third-party video game controllers, computer gaming accessories and collectibles as well as both new and used games and new and used video game consoles. Parking was fairly easy in the parking garage and it was a quick walk through the mall to get here. We'd have no issues coming here again, great selection and friendly staff.

I feel GameStop gets over on people me and my friend went there a week ago and bought a $80 game. I told him GameStop was not the place to go went back to trade the game in $25 trade-in. They’re getting over on people they just need to shut down.
