I’m not one to leave Google reviews very often but I had the most wonderful experience here today! I needed a swimsuit last minute for a trip and was getting desperate, as no stores nearby had any options and nothing online would arrive in time. I went in and a very kind employee checked the back and found a box of swimsuits that had been online ordered returned in store, since they weren’t carrying swimsuits in store just yet. I was able to find something that fit perfectly and am so grateful to the gal who went above and beyond to help me!

I like the layout of the store and the selection of clothing is abundant. I shop at this location pretty often. Except my last visit was very unpleasant experience. The girl at the register was not nice and had extremely poor customer service.Very disappointed and for this very reason I will be returning everything I have purchased.

Amanda was so hopeful today, I've been having really bad body dis-morphia and wanted to try something new, but I was feeling weird being around sizes that I assumed wouldn't fit me. She came up to me with such positivity asking me how i was, what she coulf help with, and taking time to grab something off a mannequin (i know thats annoying). She helpef me feel confident with such giving grace with kindness. I bought something that I haven't bought for myself in quite a while and I am so excited to wear it because of the positivity she put into me. Amanda if you see this, thank you.

The store doesn't have L or XL very often - which is inequitable and body shaming since the website stocks these sizes. I've always found the customer service at this store to be super hands off compared to Anthropologie. I like being asked if I need help once I've been in the store over 20m. Or if you can get a room started so I don't have to carry everything around.

Just went here and it's closed or remodeling. Can't tell bc there's no sign at the store or info on Yelp about. Just wasted time walking here.

I have been buying Free People clothing for years. I thought the first time I received used clothing, it was a fluke. Just ordered a $150.00 pair of pants and got another used pair in the mail. They have clearly been worn and washed, with one of the tags cut from inside the pants. Be careful if you are ordering online, as this seems to be a regular practice of theirs....

Not carrying sizes above a large even when you manufacture them is an obvious and intentional statement. That statement being, yeah, we'll take your money, fatty. Just so long as we don't have to look at you. Really bummed out, was planning to buy an outfit for my sister's wedding here. What a truly incredible business decision. Adding one star for staff who did nothing wrong.
