Honestly they need more people working here, the window is never open which is incredibly inconvenient for those who can’t easily get in and out of places.
I called to ask about the window being open and was spoken to by an exasperated woman who ended the call by hanging up on me herself without asking if there was anything else I had called about.
What is the point of a drive thru if it’s not even accessible, why be rude to someone for calling because they can’t currently get out of their car and walk inside?
Absolutely ridiculous. Do better Fredmeyer, treat your employees better and figure out staffing. It’s not fair to anyone on either side.

Went into the produce today, a bearded employee led me from the acorn squash to the delicate squash. I ended up with one of those instead. Thanks bearded squash guy, it was good.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever used

I’ve been using this pharmacy for a while because I live close by. Never had a smooth experience with them. Often rude, never on time. There’s always some sort of hang up on their part. The latest I had to go in three times to get antibiotics for my child. On the second visit standing at the counter they asked me when would I like it? This was at 4 in the afternoon. The doctor put in the prescription at 9am. “I guess since this is my second visit and I’m standing here in front of you I would like to pick up the antibiotics that my child needs now.” Their reply was come back in a half hour which is their standard reply which often the order is still not ready. They are the worst.

I continually have a nice experience picking up and filling my prescriptions here. Any sort of issues have nothing to do with the staff personally, just the disorganized healthcare system. They reach out to me with any issues, and we troubleshoot it together. Y’all do not get enough credit.

nearly every time i get my prescriptions theres a problem. I will be transferring elsewhere.problems include:-they dont have my medication in stock and did not notify me before i come to pick up-my doc puts in a prescription, i go to pick it and up and am told they dont have it because they want me to call them and tell them i actually want it before they do anything with it-i come well after the time im told my prescription will be ready and they dont have it ready… its not even pending in their systemppl take medications for things that will really screw up their body if they miss any doses. this is not acceptable healthcare.oh also, they gave me the incorrect dosage instructions for a pretty serious medication (double checked that the doc sent it in correctly, this pharmacy provided incorrect instructions). negligent.

Miserable. I have never had a good experience here. It took 3 visits to get medication transferred from ANOTHER Fred meyer. Incompetent and catty staff. Will be transferring medication once they finally refill my meds, which required me to call and beg them to do so in a timely manner.

Customer in front of me: Hi I'm here for my prescription.Employee: ok, may I have your date of birth please?Customer: Sure, it's --------They complete the transaction, customer leaves, I'm beckoned to the counter.Me: Hi I'm here for my prescription.Employee: *stares at me*Me: ....?Employee: (after ~ 5 seconds) I need your date of brith, don't I?!Their automated refill/notification system is also extremely buggy/broken, and they have little to no resources/ideas/care to help you.

This Kroger's, oops I mean, Fred Meyer's is actually a Zero star, but they make me give one to do a review. The store has the look and feel of a dystopian movie set in the near future movie. Hyper-capitalism has taken over and proletariat are at each other's throats just the way the overlords at Kroger, oops I mean in the movie, like it. I particularly like getting to be an unpaid employee without any benefits so I can scan my own items, check things out and save them money in the process. The topper, I get the pleasure of having the goons at the door insist on looking at my receipt, even though they watched me checking out, I have no sympathy for Kroger. I mean Fred Meyer suffering loss from people who steal when they decided to go deep into the self-service check out model they missed the obvious fact it takes people to run a store and if you have people running the store, and staffing cash registers it's difficult to steal things, whoever came up with that brilliant idea should've been fired. But somehow the corporate minds that runs this place are cretins.

Oh boy where to begin.Apparently incompetence is the new competence. Not just experiencing but also seeing other customers in front of me complaining that a prescription phoned in days ago was still not filled. People that have transportation issues that go out of their way to come and pick up a prescription that has yet to be filled and they're told of course " come back". Here's an idea, when you have a customer in front of you that is already come back and you tell them we still have a couple of customers in front of you that shouldn't make any difference. You deal with the customer standing in front of you and the other ones can wait see You don't tell a customer to keep coming back spending their time and gas which is not cheap in America as it is in other Middle Eastern countries. They're apparent lack of concern consideration or even just caring shows. Their attitude is indifferent especially with some of the imports which is pretty much everyone working in me pharmaceutical field today. Just another reflection that the entire medical structure in America is broken like America itself: broken. Two stars

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. My prescriptions are never filled on time, long wait times in person and even longer on the phone to talk to a staff member, unpleasant and unhelpful staff when trying to clear up the last blunder. Unbelievable.

I wish I had gotten the name of the employee who helped me here over the phone last week, mid-October. I was trying to fix a mistake on my prescription that was made by a provider other than my usual doctor. For some reason they cut the recent prescription by 2/3, but wrote that it was for 30 days instead of the 10 it would have covered me. I have ADHD and let me tell you, making approximately one billion phones calls to my doctor's office, a different Fred meyer pharmacy, and this one, was a headache I was not equipped for. But the employee who helped me was able to be the go-between and actually got it FIXED, I hope you know who you are if you see this. Thank you!! I am so appreciative. You Rock!!

I had a bad experience in regard to vaccines. I was seeking 3 vaccines. The website said walk ins are okay. So I went and was told I could only get the flu vaccine and that the RSV required an appointment and the Covid 19 upgrade also required an appointment. So I go to the website, make the RsV appointment but could not make the Covid one (not available) so I looked for another location and found Hawthorne was the only store. Then I spoke to a neighbor who told me she walked in and got all 3!! I did call to complain, they said call back for the manager, 2 calls, no answers.

They quite literally NEVER have my order ready even after they themselves call me. Now I have to wait 4 days for a medication I am out of after tonight. Do better, Freddie's. This is totally unacceptable.
