Hello good afternoon, right now I just left that place, verbally mistreated by a worker, I left feeling so bad, just for telling him not to talk to me in that bad tone he told me that if I had a problem with that, it is a place where people go sick or to look for medicines for sick people so that they can talk to one like that or treat him that way, that's why today I give him a single star

I've been coming to this pharmacy for about 3 years. Literally never had an issue getting any single prescription. Pharmacists are always nice. They've even helped me get Good Rx coupons so I saved a bit.I always pick up during "off hours" due to insanely long lines during your typical "people aren't at work" times. If you're mad they can't get you a prescription within two hours, maybe plan your refills better and don't put it on them. They're clearly slammed filling so many medications, just like all pharmacies. I've had to fill medications last minute due to forgetting to call earlier and they've been able to get them ready in 24 hours. That's the best you're going to get anywhere! My emergency is not their emergency.

The worst customer service I've encountered in my entire life. They told me that my prescription will be ready after 9AM. I'm here at the Division Fred Meyer location at 2:30 and they are telling me go shopping for one and a half hours and your prescription will be ready . I will advice anyone to choose a different farmacy. I am looking myself to change my farmacy . I left one star feedback but they don't even deserve that. Tell your friends and family to go elsewhere. I'll be happy when I'll see that location closed from lack of customers.

Glad they got better security. It was crazy there for a while. Don't like the high prices. It kinda feels like stock 147 fredsonly stocks whatever the nicer fred meyers are full of. Kinda also seems like they kno that that a lot of people live close that don't drive to get groceries so are forces to go with what they do have in stock.

The march to bankruptcy or mediocrity continues for the Kroger owned Fred Meyers. They are relentlessly discontinuing brands to fall in step with Safeway and Albertsons which offer few items except their own brands.Today's treat; Fred Meyer is discontinuing carrying Nancy's sour cream. Nancy's is a local Springfield Oregon company that makes the finest yogurts, kefirs, and sour cream. If you haven't tried their sour cream go to Market of Choice, New Seasons, Zupans, or some other store that sells more than their own company brands and you will be in for a treat.I would say at this point there are approximately ten items I have bought at Fred Meyers that are gone and have been discontinued. When you ask the department managers in the store, like the nice fellow in the dairy department today, they say they know the items are good, they are getting lots of complaints, and there is absolutely know thing they can do about it.Make no mistake about it, Kroger's sole interest is the earnings per share on their stock and these stores are expendable to them. Alternatives for reasonably priced food in Portland are about gone.

There’s always a line a half hour long no matter when you go, most of the staff is pretty rude, they’ve mixed other people’s prescriptions up with mine on multiple occasions, they’re never ready when they say they’re going to be and I’ve asked them to remove certain medications from my list several times and yet every time I go in they’re still trying to give me bottles of this medication I told them to cancel already multiple times. Even calling them is a hassle, you’re gonna be on hold 15-30 minutes and the automated machine picks and chooses when it wants to work. All around unimpressed.

This review is specifically about the bagging skills at this store. 95% of the time when I'm here (which is weekly) the baggers literally just toss my groceries into bags with no order. today there were soft topped yogurts buried underneath cans of soup. one of my avocados was punctured. my butter was smashed!WTF!?I bagged groceries when I was 17. it is not hard. At minimum, put heavy things on the bottom. I mean really. they clearly do not train their baggers or give a shit about quality customer service. It's ridiculous. I put it on management- not the folks who probably make $14 per hour. seriously. only shop here if you want damaged groceries or if you want to bag your own.

Let me start by saying all the check out staff is beyond pleasant. I went there today and they have a clearance table. I noted an item that my son loves but very expensive, Harmless coconut water. Anyone who buys this product knows that it is to be refrigerate as it will build up bacteria. I thought that staff would want to know as someone could get very ill and should be removed from the table. I am in health care for 40 years, RN with biochemistry secondary degree. I found 2 employees in that section and informed them, they did go to table but as I was shopping in that section I noted product still there. When I went to check out I mentioned to a checkout woman who is very pleasant of the incident. She called over a manager and it was the man I had originally informed, he said very annoyed " it's already been removed" I went back to the section as I was surprised how they had done so quickly as I had just seen it there a few minutes before ... he lied as it was still all there. I am appalled how 2 employees and humans in general care so little about the safety of others. Possibly a pervasive mindset there? If it weren't for the very pleasant checkout staff I would think so.

It's not the staffs fault..but their system is a mess. The app literally lies to customers, there's no follow through and it takes forever to get your prescriptions. Oh and if you have a problem their customer service doesn't respond.

First time coming here & I had to go searching for a cart in the parking lot. No sanitizing station/ wipes anywhere upon entering. Store was very busy, people everywhere even employees. I don't think I noticed a set uniform for employees, a lot seemed to wear street clothing with a little name tag. Seemed very old inside & perhaps they have nothing to clean the floors. It's big inside. I was in the grocery/ food sections circling around trying to find healthy food options. Never really like the self checkouts at stores but they did have both. I went in the self checkout with the conveyor belt. Nice human in front of me made his purchases & light flashed for cashier verification. Waiting..... waiting..... waiting. So many nametag people walked by... who works here??? I got tired of staring & standing. So I mustered up my outside voice "can we get some assistance over here?" Eventually the only person actually working came over to verify their purchase. No smiles but a look of acknowledgment that they were busy & heard me. I don't like that self checkout but did my best which felt like forever. I purchased 1 paperbag to put everything in. That was about $107 worth of food.... in one bag. What did I even buy??!! So it's time to leave & there is one door available for exit. Had to wait my turn behind 4 persons for the security person to review everyone receipts. The security person did their job & even smiled at me & said have a good day. I put the shopping cart in its respective area. Parking lot seemed fuller when I left around 4ish.

Wow. How bad can a Fred Meyer be? I've gone here for years because it is close to me. The checkers have gotten worse and worse. They are rude, don't know the store policies (because you get a different answer about everything from different people). Yes they are understaffed. But they need to stop being rude because they are understaffed. I've watched them be nasty to all types of people. Some are great. But management needs to step it up a notch and expect more from their employees.

I've been waiting for one of my medicines for a month! It's always on backorder, whereas Costco is never out. Guess who's my new pharmacy! This pharmacy is friendly, but that doesn't get me my much needed medication.

I like Freddies. it is handy and usually the staff is helpful, tho sometimes overworked. Today they returned my wallet intact! I have no idea how I lost it, but the person who turned it in to Customer Service is an angel. They generally have what I need and are willing to guide me to the location.

I like this Freddy's. It has products that I like and buy often. It has helpful and informative employees who know their departments and other departments. The major drawback, that causes me to give it four stars, instead of five is... they close so early. For example they close at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.I used to work retail. I do understand the strategy, based on the store's location. That doesn't mean I have to like it. I appreciate Freddy's not leaving the community in a food desert.I guess 5:00 p.m. on a sunday, 6:00 p.m. on a saturday, 7:00 p.m. during the work week is the best they can do.
