They’re always so rude to me. Answer the phone in the most exasperated tone (I get it) but then out me on hold and never get back, call ends. So I have to call again: same extremely exasperated rudeness. Then, talk over me, complain about my doctor? And they tell me my meds aren’t ready for pickup, yet, their pharmacy calls me saying that they *are* ready for pickup at least twice a day. And they’re just all around the bitchiest customer service people I have ever spoken to. Grow up. The people that are calling are sick… don’t be such a dick!!!

This might be the only pharmacy I've never had a problem with. In fact they've gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions, the service is always kind, communication is clear, and prescriptions always arrive quickly. I didn't know pharmacies could function this well ??♀️

I have never experienced such a terrible service from a Pharmacy in my life. Common medications unavailable for days at a time, ridiculously rude pharmacy techs, and you better not have any questions because you will be treated like a moron for wasting the pharmacists time.

Staffed by flippant adolescents - every single interaction I have had with them has been negative. If you can help it go elsewhere. It’s like a cartoon of a bad experience.

This is a miserable place to go when you have to take care of your own health or that of your loved ones. The rudeness of the staff is shocking and it comes directly from the arrogance of the pharmacist himself. The pharmacist and staff actively show hatred for their customers. This behavior is an insult to our community. I will be taking by business elsewhere from now on.

Horrible place!! They lie to you and your PCP and are rude and hang up on you when they are in a bad mood. Not ok. I'm switching pharmacies. Medicine should be the top priority but it's not.

Not one to leave reviews, normally I think they're pedantic and douchey, but I called in the other day and was treated very rudely. I asked if I had a prescription refill ready and they acted like I was a complete moron for not using the right terminology. They said it would take two hours to fill my prescription which is absolutely ridiculous I've never had a pharmacy take more than twenty minutes, had to miss my meds for a day because of the inconvenience. Never had an issue with any other pharmacy but I guess it's a trend based on the other reviews here.

It took 3 weeks, mutiple phone calls and 4 trips and still don't have all 4 prescriptions ready. When I complained, the pharmacist instantly came over and was defensive, angry and so rude. So i was rude right back. Customers still have the right to complain, especially when time sensitive meds are involved. Pharmacists must care about their customers or get another job. People's lives are on the line and all he cares about is his ego.

Pharmacy: I reluctantly switched to this pharmacy when the local RiteAid closed. The assistants were okay but the pharmacist was usually pretty short when interacting. However, recently, my dr's office called in an antibiotic prescription early on a Friday. Should have been filled within an hour as it is something they keep in stock. By Sunday it still had not been filled, I went in to inquire why. I was told, " it came in on Friday. We don't fill those until the next business day. If it's important you can always call us". I remarked, "Oh, that would have been nice to know ahead of time." The assistant looked as though I slapped her. At that point her whole demeanor towards me changed. I witnessed her speaking rudely about me to the female pharmacist who then also treated me rudely. This was an antibiotic prescription. I was in pain for 2 days because "they don't fill prescriptions received on Fridays until the next business day (Monday)". This information is not posted anywhere.I have notified my dr's office who said that they have heard similar complaints. Other pharmacies in the area have also heard similar complaints.

The undercover fake cop in here is so bad at his job. laughable. I was being heavily watched when purchasing a new heater. 8 months pregnant wobbling around the store. since I noticed him watching me immediately stepping into the toy section I asked him if he can help me locate the heaters before I found them and ignored me and proceeded to "shop" acting normal LOL when it couldn't be more obvious. White old looking bald man

This pharmacy has major problems! Misinformation and seems to not have enough medications and employees. So unreliable! Any other pharmacy can fill a prescription quickly but here they need an extra day. And they run out if vaccines so don’t count on an appointment.

two different pharmacists made me break down crying while I tried to get everything I needed for injectable testosterone HRT. This is not the place to go if you want to be treated with dignity or respect especially if you are transgender, disabled, and /or on the oregon health plan. never getting prescriptions filled here again
