Female pharmacist on the phone was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to in my life. I just need a birth control prescription transferred and she interrupted me mid sentence and then yelled at me to “listen to her when she talking” I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. Honestly the worst, rude and condescending person ever

They are getting a little bit better but some of the young men working there really lack customer service skills.

Get some bags with handles please. What is the point of paper bags without handles, you can barely carry 2 at a time. Do better.

If you are going to keep changing and decreasing your hours, can you at the very least keep your hours updated? So we don't make the trip, navigate the new gauntlet of security gates that take you way out of the way of the pharmacy, only to find the pharmacy is closed even though your posted hours said 8pm? Cool, thanks.

Pharmacist thuy is so rude for basic requests. Asked to exchange a bottle with a broken seal and she acted like I asked her to do the impossible and huffed and puffed and gave such a huge attitude for something that took her less than 30 seconds to do. If she can’t deal with customers quarries why is she in customer service?

The selection post COVID seems pretty good. There are sometimes killer deals on houseplants. It's convenient if you live in St. Johns and there is a gas station with better prices than most places. Be ready to walk all over the parking lot looking for a cart. I've left before doing my shopping numerous times because there are no carts or baskets to be found. I use self checkout and every time, there are items that ring up more expensive than marked on the shelf. They restock by putting out huge pallets in the aisles making it hard to get around. Employees get paid to stand around and talk in a store that clearly has lots of work to be done. I've run across a few employees who are happy to help, mostly in the garden center, but not many. Theft is obviously on a crazy scale. It's normal to see someone shoving merchandise in their backpack. They have a new security system which will hopefully help with that, but now everyone looks like a suspect. Basically it feels like management has forgotten that customers are the reason the store can operate and has not trained employees in basic customer service. Good customer service also leads to less theft because customers, and thieves, know employees are paying attention to them.

The staff are amazing. Their hours changed frequently but are never updated online. I keep requesting for months to change their hours online/on the app as they are not accurate. They rarely seem to be open when people are able to come in during the week. I had to move my day around after confirming on the phone service that they closed at 8 only to arrive and see a printed piece of paper saying they close at 7. Google/Fred Meyers app/ and Fred Meyer pharmacy say they close at 8. After mentioning the needed update to customer service, I was told that this is a daily issue and regardless of the requests made by patrons nothing has changed. Please update your hours, it’s a pharmacy not a coffee shop. If people can’t get their medicine, it’s an issue.

Third time we’ve dealt with pain RX issues. First time, a non-tech counter person questioned the validity of my RX asking (not nicely) exactly what I needed it for. Not even sure he was qualified to do that in front of other customers, but the response of “I have blood cancer” seemed to do the trick. Second time - out of the ER with a serious injury no meds were available… indefinitely. We wrote it off as a legit issue until we called three other pharmacies that all had them in stock. At that point we switched all of our RXs to other pharmacies. This week my spouse had a full hip replacement and RX was mistakingly sent to FM by default. The next day they sent their “unavailable indefinitely” message. By law they can’t just forward the RX so we were scrambling this morning with the on-call and now it can’t be filled until tomorrow. Scary.Just avoid this place if you’re coming from an ER, surgery, or have a chronic/terminal condition.

Not once has my prescription been on time. This pharmacy does not care about you or your well-being.

The staff here (unlike my experience at other FM’s) are always helpful, kind and efficient. Knowing that FM is basically always understaffed, that makes this fact all the more appreciated.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. It's probably not the employees fault, but do not use this pharmacy. Fred Meyer in general usually provides professional pharmacy service. But from my experience at the Peninsula Fres Meyer it's a disaster. They never have medication, they're generally understaffed. They are polite, but politeness doesn't serve your pharmaceutical needs. I do have to say, they have an ever moving goal post on their policies. I have asked repeatedly for clarification on specific company policy and have only gotten gas lighted and or flat out lied to.

SO BAD. Probably the all time worst Fred Myer or overall shopping experiences I've had. I've shopped here for the last 3 years. Why to not shop here:- prices are very often not as they are marked- parking lot is horrible - never have carts or baskets- lines are so long, even checkout is often 5 min- the store is dirty-produce is horrible- unsafe feeling with so security and unstable people often shopping here. I've seen an unleashed dog running store.- gas line is super long, no one working Grocery outlet and new seasons are better options nearby-

Worst pharmacy imaginable! Cannot fill prescriptions in under a few days unless you call and beg. Clearly understaffed as they have horrible hours. Poorly trained pharmacy techs. Find a CVS
