I’m not sure where these bad reviews are coming from. I recently switched to this pharmacy due to severe staffing shortages at Walgreens. Every single interaction has been efficient, friendly, professional and pro active in ensuring I was getting the best price. Plenty of staff so short or no wait. Always answer the phone and assist without putting on hold. I want to say thank you!! Sometimes we forget to leave reviews about the good stuff and only speak up when something goes imperfectly.

I had the most fantastic experience with Birdie at the Raleigh Hills pharmacy. We are going through a really hard time right now, and just found out our dog has terminal cancer. When filling our dog's meds, Birdie showed such care, and went above and beyond when assisting us. Truly exemplary customer service, which goes a long way some days. Thank you.

This store needs to step up their quality service in the produce department. Shopping recently for green peppers and half of them were soft and rotten still laying on the counter. Some were squishy and brown. Half of the plastic bag dispensers were empty. Only 1 man working to fill produce. Kroger should be worried with so much competition out there.

Horrible pharmacy. We went this past weekend for Flu and Covid vaccines. The pharmacist giving the shots was an anti-vaxxer and discouraging folks from getting the vaccine. Sharing info that was not included in their documentation for Covid. When questioned we were given a bunch of “info” about what Europe is doing. I’ve reported this individual to our family Dr and hope it’s reported to regulators. Just awful to see vaccines being politicized by a pharmacist.

Don’t go here. They say they open at 9:00am. I was first in line. I stood there while they organized for 12 minutes. When I asked them about it they told me to call corporate. This is just another thing to add to giving me the wrong medication, not filling on time, untrained customer service, etc.

I called ahead of time knowing this pharmacy can run out of stuff or take longer than expected. I called made sure my prescriptions were available that day and what time. They said come at 3:45 I can now I am told we are short staffed won’t be ready until 6pm. If I had known that when I called ahead previously I would have transferred my meds elsewhere. I get being short staffed but giving out incorrect information while I am super sick making me wait extra two hours in parking lot not okay. Seriously go elsewhere if you know what’s good for you. Almost every experience lately is bad with them.

Lil Asian lady made me stand in front of her for 5 minutes before asking me what I needed while she played on her computer then asked if I was gonna wait and that there is a hour wait I said ok then when she was finally done processing my paper she was rude and yelled that it would be a hour... there was no noise...no other customers in there as they just opened right then...i just felt very unwelcome will not be using that place anymore

I was late arriving to the Lombard pharmacy and I called Raleigh Hills pharmacy and they were able to transfer and fill my prescription even though the first location was closed and unable to send the prescription! Not only that, but when I got there, I only had Apple Pay which Fred meters does not accept! The pharmacist found a way for me to be able to bring my prescriptions home to my fiancé, whom was very ill! I will be switching to this pharmacy for all of mine and my families prescriptions, even though it is extremely out of the way. It’s worth the drive and will be every time! Thank you Raleigh Hills Fred Meyer Pharmacy. You truly are life savers and I couldn’t be more grateful!

The slowest pharmacy around. Prescriptions get put in and aren't ready 2 days later. Most of the time I go in, they say something isn't ready and to go shopping for an hour. Poor experience.

This isn't my everyday Fred Meyers, but I do stop in when I'm running errands on I-5. It's one of the smaller stores which I really appreciate. The one on SW Barbur is closer to my house but that store is so massive it takes forever to find items and go from the produce area to the health and beauty section. Forget about heading even further to housewares and seasonal!So for this reason, I shop here because it's faster and far easier to go in, get what I need, and be done. Even though it's smaller, they have all the regular departments, the store is well stocked and parking is easy. I always go through self check out And lines move fast.

This review is about their pharmacy and their Corporate response to my complaints about the pharmacy.1) You can never know if their drive-thru is going to be open or not. They will even tell you there is zero predicability for customers who have chosen their location because it's the ONLY Fred Meyer drive-thru within a huge radius. 2) They take forever to process prescriptions. 3) Their answer to most questions is "I don't know." Even when you ask WHO does know? 4) I was given incorrect information about a medication I was being given for the first time. Seriously WRONG information.5) When a change of insurance required me to transfer multiple prescriptions to them they completely unhelpful getting the info from Walgreens who they said was not responding. Walgreens of course claimed they did everything that Fred Meyers asked them to do. A circus!6) When I complained to their Corporate Office the response was 1) Sorry 2) Nothing we can do about it 3) I don't know!If possible avoid this location and thank the Lord you can walk into another place and don't need a drive through Fred Meyer pharmacy!

I went to the butcher to get Carne Asada with my partner, so we walk up and are waiting for the butcher to walk over and greet us but he didn't. we waited 5 minutes to see if he would walk over until we decided to go and say "Excuse me". my partner said it loud and clear, even walked over to the fish where he was standing. The butcher was clearly pretending to not hear us until he walked into the kitchen, but before going through the doors, turned around and gave us a nasty look. I was livid. He walked back out and continued to ignore us, folding plastic bags. I walk away with my partner, fuming. Right after we walked away, a single lady walked up and he helped her IMMEDIATELY. I just wanted my steak. I talked to a lady in produce about it, she's amazing (forgot her name but it said "Garlic Mann" on it haha). She sympathized and apologized and said she would pass this along to HR and management. Not sure if I want to come back here after getting blatantly discriminated against.

Thieves & Liars who will steal your money. Do not, I repeat do not ever buy Amazon gift cards here. Jessica, the front-end manager for Raleigh Hills will steal your money and blame it on a computer problem. Since July 21st, I have spent 6+ hours on the phone, 16 emails and many trips to the store and never had my stolen money returned. Even after being issued a case number and promised a refund, they did nothing. Thieves & crooks, better places to shop.
