DJ was the man! Helped diagnose a dead battery rather than a failed starter and saved us some money. He also came back on his own time later that day to help make sure the battery was replaced correctly. Would recommend to everyone needing a tow or just needing some mechanic advise.

I highly recommend Forward Towing. They were fast, efficient and great communicators. I had such a good experience working with DJ during an extremely stressful car breakdown on the side of the highway. He was flexible, caring and went out of his way to tow my car during terrible holiday/rush hour traffic all while calmly navigating incorrect information from my insurance company. Progressive Roadside Assistance connected me with Forward Towing when my control arm joint broke following a poor repair. Munib arrived quickly and was friendly and professional. It took some extra work and creativity to unload my car at the shop without a working front tire, but he got the job done with excellent service!

My USAA Roadside Assistance sent Forward Towing to assist me when I was stranded. The gentleman who arrived was professional, courteous, helpful, and kind. Even when my unfriendly neighbor business, Everett Street Autoworks, rudely confronted him, he maintained his composure and professionalism and friendliness. Excellent experience with Forward Towing! Sabour and Fawad made us feel so much more relaxed after a rather stressful morning. It was actually difficult for our car dealership to find a company that would agree to pick up our vehicle and bring plastic to seal up our windows that were stuck down! We had to have our brand new 8k pound electric vehicle towed from our very tight garage. The 12V battery had completely died and they helped charge the battery enough to get the windows back up (which was much appreciated considering it was raining!). I knew they were very busy but they were so patient and wanted to ensure our vehicle was properly taken care of and did not rush at all. They were both so friendly and truly made us feel so much better knowing it was in good hands. Highly highly recommend this company! Thanks, Sabour and Fawad!

Our Roadside Assistance sent us Forward Towing and they were amazing! After another local company said they would be there in 2-3 hours, we switched to Forward Towing and DJ came immediately, hearing our car was partially blocking traffic. He was very professional. He even popped the hood and showed us what had broke. He was very kind and super helpful. Would give them more stars if I could!

Sabour was absolutely FANTASTIC. He went above and beyond any of my expectations. The car started when he arrived so he didn't need to tow it, but he actually called me an hour or so later to make sure I made it to my destination okay!! AMAZING.
