If it weren't for a snow/ice/rain/ice storm, my car would've been done on time. We weren't in control of weather! My car looks great. I'm very pleased with job done.

The team was great and ready to answer any question I had. Chad was very informative and helpful. Sucks my car had to go there in the first place but they made me feel okay about the situation. Thank you!

Went in for an estimate. Found some fishy item lines from the estimate at high mechanical labor costs that were not needed/absent from estimates at different shops and insurance adjuster upon comparison. When called to ask about it, explanation given was poor and generic. I was left even more confused than prior to the call. I would be wary of this location.

I called and spoke to Kenny on the morning of 10/19/23. I had a minor parking accident and chose to choose my own shop with my insurance company. Geico gave me an estimate, and the next step per my insurance was to get an estimate from my shop of my choice. I saw this location had good reviews so I gave them a call to see when I could bring my truck by to get an idea on what type of repairs needed to be made. Kenny seemed annoyed when I mentioned that my insurance was Geico, and said they would be bound by the estimate Geico provided. I still wanted an idea of what the repair process would be. Kenny asked me to send him an email with the quote from Geico, he'd look it over and get back to me. I sent him pictures and the quote immediately. It's been 8 days and he still hasn't responded.

Amazing team! Everyone was a pleasure to work with as they were kind, helpful, informative and efficient. The team at fix auto made a personally frustrating and upsetting time, as pleasurable as possible. If your auto work falls within their scope, then use this repair shop: Highly recommend!

Honest communication, quality work, and went above and beyond to wash my car!I unfortunately have been in 2 car accidents within the year and I am able to compare this auto care to the other shop. I did feel like the job was smaller and it took longer, but at the same time they were very honest when I’d call if they weren’t able to give a timeline of when it would be finished. It did take longer than what was first thought, but it was communicated well and the most important thing is the quality of work. I noticed that when I’d look at my car I couldn’t tell it had been in an accident, all of the parts and colors aligned. That wasn’t the case when I had work done previously. Lastly I honestly didn’t recognize my car when I got it back because they went above and beyond and washed it for me! We had just been on a big road trip prior to getting in the accident and hadn’t washed it yet!

Great work, on time as scheduled,, and worked well with my insurance. An extra bonus that they cleaned the inside of my car even though the inside wasn’t part of the repairs! A caution that they’re very busy, like everyone these days, and it takes time to fit into their schedule.Services: Painting

In 2020 our catalytic converter was stolen off of our Honda element, so we worked with USAA on a plan to replace it and went with fix it auto 1722 E Burnside St, Portland, OR 97214 because they were on USAA's preferred list of mechanics. We get the car back. We pay $500 of a $2,000 bill. Things are great! A month ago our check engine light turns on so I take it into a Honda dealership to be serviced and it turns out that catalytic converter that was replaced was an aftermarket dud and needed to be replaced again. The Honda mechanic told me that catalytic converters are supposed to last 10 years, ours lasted almost three. I kept the original paperwork from fixit auto and returned to their office to speak about their lifetime warranty on service. I explained the situation and asked them if they could cover it their response was short and defensive. They said they couldn't find my paperwork in their system because it was too old... From 2.5 years ago?! But the biggest thing they said was this:For catalytic converters, Fixit auto does not come up with the replacement parts or do any of the repair work. Fixit auto outsources the repair to local mechanics and has them repair it, then they send the car back to the shop. So I asked them if they knew who replaced the cat or where it was done and they said they didn't know. WHAT A SCAM. So three years ago when everyone was getting their catalytic converter stolen, fix it was scamming these people and insurers by outsourcing their work to ghost mechanics who put aftermarket products that were designed to fail early while they rake in the insurance money. My wife and I are still working with our insurance adjuster on resolving this situation but we did hear from fix it Auto that they will not cover the part because it's past it's 2 year warranty, when on my original paperwork it says their service has a lifetime warranty. The thing is, they have no way of knowing who actually serviced it, so does a service warranty even matter? A 2 year warranty on a part that's supposed to last 10 years?Oregon law requires that aftermarket parts be certified equivalent to factory parts by an independent testing facility.

Friendly staff. Body shop - I was working with All state on a claims - someone scratched my car in a parking lot??? ? But she left contact info. So I didn't have to pay - rental another story - small lot Enterprise never had cars that fit All State price... Anyway Fix Auto good. Actually I found sticky stuff on my windows - didn't come off with Windex & rag - so called them after hrs - they have call center - which great. Employee met me next day - not great spot on Burnside but he was able to run off the sticky with steel wool - good tip for windows - steel wool - and got all of it off it was on driver side front back and a little bit on rear window. Awesome dude. Thanks Fix Auto. ?

The shop decided to comment on my review by suggesting I was wanting to go ahead of his other customers. Missed the point entirely. His manner was as rude, dismissive and irrelevant as it was when I walked in to get my car looked at and considered. PS, I drove down the street the same day to Burnside Collision and the KIND GENTLEMAN there not only deigned to look at my car, but he ordered a part for me and sent me to another shop for immediate service. That service was conducted within 5 hours. I'd have still been waiting 2 weeks for even a LOOK at the car. DO NOT BOTHER WITH FIX AUTO. THEY SUCK. AND DON'T BOTHER TRYING TO BE RUDE AND INSULTING WITH YOUR RESPONSE FIX, CHECK YOUR RATINGS, LOTS OF SIMILAR LOW RATINGS AND COMPLAINTS ABOUT HOW RUDE AND UNSERVICEABLE YOU ARE.

I had a great experience with Fix. They were honest about expectations and communicative when doing the estimate, kept me updated via text the whole time they had my car, they dealt with my insurance, they had a partnership with Enterprise so renting a car was easy, and the damage looks like it never happened. Thank you!Services: Painting
