Disgusting I won't lie this place is filled with cockroaches if you want a great time trying to kill them then be my guest and also when you do they come running back also they do have a roach inspector come out but oh wait they don't do there job If I could I'd rate 0 stars

Clean and prompt. Good to visit. Better for tenants.

Lived there for six years and seems like theres new managers every couple years recently they have not been helpful will charge you for everything when moving out I reached out was told it was in the contract

Come home to an oasis in the city at Fifth Avenue Place Apartments in Portland, OR. Fifth Avenue Place has very spacious studio’s, one and two bedroom apartment homes. All with breakfast bars, plenty of cabinet space and closet space you won’t believe or find anywhere else in the neighborhood. Each apartment is equipped with a full size kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and counter top microwave, extra large windows with mini blinds, ceiling fans and ten foot ceilings. The Portland City Streetcar or Max Line is just one block away and will take you into Downtown for a day of shopping or up to Nob Hill or the Pearl District for a bite to eat. It doesn’t get any better than this!
