My 2021 tax return prepared by William Pound contained multiple financial errors identified by me when preparing my 2022 tax returns using TurboTax and comparing 2022 to 2021. Yes, amendments were filed resulting in significant additional refunds. Some issues I raised were never addressed. In my case, I needed to review every entry on my 2021 for accuracy in order to achieve a mostly accurate tax return. That should not be the case when one pays the significant fee charged by Fiducial.A complaint letter to the corporate office received no response. A follow up with a regional office resulted in a short dismissive response. What I received was sub-standard work and poor customer service.

[This is an initial review based upon the first of two visits.] We have been searching for another tax preparation service since our previous CPA offices "shed" their small clients to focus more on corporate accounts. Fortunately, Fiducial's office is relatively close, and when contacted, they were accepting new customers. Our appointment was set to meet with Bill Pound , who was Fiducial's regional manager for over two decades. We arrived about 10 minutes early to fill out the new client forms, and there was another client waiting for their appointment as well. Our appointment with Bill went very quickly. He dialed in the previous year's history, then this year's figures. We were on our way home in less than an hour after sitting down in his office. A very pleasant experience.

They had to file an extension on my taxes. I have never filed an extension on my personal taxes. Very simple tax return should have been done well before deadline

They are always late w your docs. They are ignoring your emails and phone calls. Please see the in detail review I posted on their Salem branch . Look at the other reviews , she got the exact same story as mine . Interest penalties for late filing . Only last week on feb 27 th they have produced my W/‘s after long requests , plus late with filing my quarters 3rd and 4 th. I ask for clarification of the docs as I have seen some number discrepancy and instead they start arguing that I did not pay for their services , services for which I never received an invoice even if I was asking several times for it ( and my emails to them proves ) they had 4 months of invoice for me as last payment was made in August for payroll . Yesterday instead of receiving clarification for these W2’s they send me a very inflated invoice of $950. I will pay them of course after I will pay the interest and penalties and subtract all my loss . Also I will have to compare the rates w other agencies . More I will now have to spend additionally for another tax accountant to review the docs . Don’t use these Fiducial agencies same agents work to all the branches , they will make your life a hell . I added a star because yesterday the lady at the front desk was doing her best to have the tax accountant Allen respond. However they ask for the money but I did not yet received what I was asking for. I will have to have a meeting to the IRS as well because this agency mistaken my EIN # and IRS keep sending me letters of default. Interest and penalties. These are a bunch of ignorants , I won’t trust their services. Look at the other reviews , they speak the reality as well. What a shame , what a shame ..

I have never used there services but when I was on my way to the hospital near there, I saw a possible homeless drug addict going thru there trash and she was very interested in putting papers in her bags. I called the place and they said they'd send someone right out but when I left the hospital she was still there and changing her clothes. I'd hope they'd shred everything but considering they probably never sent someone out, I'd avoid.

It was one of the worst experiences ive ever had. The woman Linda who worked there was very condescending and rude to me and my mother. She was extremely impatient, constantly rolled her eyes and had snarky remarks such as "Well everyone knows that!" We will never be going back to this place and I hope this encourages others to stay far away. In a business where you deal with customers and handling their moner, you would think they would have learned how to be a little hospitable to people.
