Disorganized and outrageously expensive.They charged me nearly $400 for a single 2"x10' copper pipe. Then, the next day, I placed an order for 18' of pipe insulation and spelled my name out to the person on the phone several times to prevent any confusion. When I showed it to the store, my order was no where in their system. Then, when I reordered at the counter, they tried charging me $75 for FOAM. How this place stays in business is beyond me.

Amazing customer service, especially for a DIY-er like me. On two days recently Craig Campanaro and then Justin Corzine spent at least 30 minutes helping me find the right hard to find parts - back and forth in the store, on the phone -- above and beyond. I would have been up a creek without their help. Good luck finding that kind of service at a big box store.

Fergusons has a very large amount of stock and goes the extra mile to serve the Plumbing Community. Professional and caring they take care of the needs of our Service crews. Many varieties of fixtures, including Kohler and their own brand, supply is always fast and has in stock nearly everything we need as a Plumber.

Meh. A fairly well-stocked plumbing supply store. The order accuracy could use a little work, and when I dial the number to a local supply house I expect to talk to that supply house not a central call center in the middle of the country. Ferguson will do in a pinch.

Used this place for years. Now you show up and everyone treats you as a nuisance. Everyone's in a bad mood and is just standing around. Sucks to see this place go downhill

Honestly one of the worst place to work at, worked there for 2 years, busted my a*** 3:30am to 1:30pm sometimes 2pm, Andrew page the manager there always told us we were replaceable during meetings, said if it were up to him he would pay us 13 to 15$ an hour instead, and also favorites workers, also sent me out to another branch and had me work till 9:30pm from 3:30am, wouldn't recommend working here

Great staff. Was frustrated after visiting another similar business to try and seek information/ make a purchase for two upgraded Toto Toilets and Washlets. Worked with Chris Jr, even though I arrived nearly at closing time and didn't understand that appointments were recommended. Chris behaved as though he had all the time in the day to help me make an informed choice. He patiently talked me through the options in order to make a great choice. Let's face it, we hope we are not replacing toilets every other month so this is a decision you want to get right and be done with it. Thanks to Chris and Ferguson, I'm all set.
