I get that working for a giant bohemeth like FedEx must completely suck the soul out of you, but it’s really unnecessary to conduct interactions the way the staff here does, passive aggressive, and rude, the team should unionize to get what they need instead of taking it out on customers

I reside in Central Europe and needed a legal document from the US shipped to me ASAP. A friend who lives literally 100 yards from this Fedex shop helped me get it done. I had prepared and paid for the International Priority shipping label online and emailed it to this shop on Saturday for a Monday ship date. They wrote back that I also needed to send them a commercial invoice to clear customs in Europe, which I was able able to generate, and emailed it to the shop. When my friend arrived at the shop with the document on Monday morning, everything was ready and she was in and out in five minutes. Wednesday, the Fedex truck with the envelope arrived at my home in the morning, a day early -- 2 days instead of 3-5! Great service, Fedex!

I raced from work to this location as I had to drop off a bunch of iPhones being traded in for a business client. I don’t get out until 6:30, so I already knew from working retail for years…that I was going to be one of those “pain in the ***” customers that comes at the end of the night with a time consuming thing to do.
Jon was the man working that night and the one I, unfortunately, had to dump this on…
He actually flew through it pretty fast given he had to scan and enter 7 phones one at a time - and then I’m sure there was more to do after I left.
I really appreciate it Jon and sorry I had to do that to you at the end of the night. Hope a manager for this location or FedEx sees this and gives this man some kudos.

Kay, the store manager, is awesome! So helpful, managed the rag tag customers like it was nothing. Great service.

Understaffed with long lines. Workers are nice but not sure how long this location is gonna stay open. The NW23rd location is much more efficient.

Waited in line for 10 minutes with one person in front of me being helped with a basic shipping item, they were at the end of the transaction and still couldn't wrap it up faster.Extremely slow service, whoever working the front register was going slow on purpose as if they were sloths, this is insane. Do better.

Tried to print a few sheets at FedEx. Staff was helpful, but their workstations have very slow performance. Ended up spending 30 minutes just to get my prints. Never making that mistake again.

Not sure where the leadership is at this store? More than once I've stood in line while one person helps at the register and two employers chat in the back. I've also stood in line and waited, while someone walks in and gets greeted by one of the backroom loafers and helped right away. Meanwhile everyone in line looks confused ?... I miss the days when customer service mattered ?

I was actually unpleasantly surprised at how bad the service was. I went in to make copies and was told that self service was my best option. The employee was very curt and not very helpful. There were a couple of delays because the machine ran out of paper and then malfunctioned. At 30 minutes before closing time I was told I need to be done by seven, which was a bit aggravating because I would have been done if not for the malfunctions.

Wouldn't accept my packages because it was in a product box. I see nowhere online that Fedex says that rule.
