Shipped my e-bike here since I thought it would be safer. Staff stored the box upside down for a week and then on pick up complained about having to store it at all.

This location is a shining example!Update 5/23/23:Maxx and Mandy took incredibly good care of me. They took care of my short notice Printing and cutting order in lightning speed while I waited. They showed me every aspect of how to successfully do myself lamination. They are incredible team members, and deserve to be highly rewarded.

Edit: I won't be returning to this Barbur Blvd location, the Beaverton FedEx Kinko's is bigger, with better parking, more machines and staff, and the staff are always helpful and pleasant. I did call corporate. Both people I talked to were very polite and listened. It was a nice surprise. Turns out the manager, Mary, could have just told me that my package was simply going out today instead of yesterday, and I would have said that makes sense, thank you.Original: Made a return here, the employee was rude, I was kind of suprised because all I said was Hi I have a return. After he sealed the package he slapped it hard. I now have an issue with the return according to FedEx's website.I came back the next day, asked politely to talk to the manager, Mary, again I was super polite, she copped an immediate surely attitude. I've worked in shipping, so I was empathetic and calm trying to figure out the error, I showed her my receipt and the FedEx web page showing there was an issue. She kept saying it wasn't their problem and to call corporate. I will.Her half hearted surly apologies when I explained I was frustrated and unhappy with my experience just made things worse.

I know you're nothing like me - wait until the very last minute to print materials for a big event or handouts for a workshop?! But . . . in the unlikely notion that you're a procrastinator extraordinary like myself - the Barbur location of FedEx is your new best friend. Helpful staff. Convenient location. Easy to navigate store set-up. Heck, what more could you want? This is a lifesaver "office" away from the office; and the Barbur location crew are awesome.

Not impressed. I dropped off some FedEx packages and asked if I could drop off a USPS package. The lady smirked at me and said no. For reference, I usually ship with a different carrier, and USPS picks up from there, so the question didn't feel completely out of pocket.

I went to print my label so I can send it to the address I have , I asked the person who was there for help and (she or he) wasn’t happy to do their job, I kept asking a question about my liable she or he wasn’t even happy about it, I think if you cannot help your customer you’re not right person for that job, I was really upset about that situation. This was lastSaturday 25/2022 around 4pm

My husband paid $136 to overnight my glasses tome in California. They were suppose to be delivered by 10:30am today! Still haven’t shown up and customer service is telling me Monday that they don’t do weekend deliveries in Petaluma! I already hate this location. No idea why my husband didn’t use UPS. Now I will be home before my glasses even show up! The receipt they gave me husband shows 2/19 by 10:30am. Shame on you for giving him an option that doesn’t exist!!!

I went to make a copying-and-cutting project and was so impressed by the excellent service I received there, which I have found to be typical at this location! Thao was very quick to inquire about my needs, super speedy and courteous, and she anticipated and quickly resolved challenges she thought I would encounter. After helping others, she returned to check on me and praise my work. Like many people, I entered feeling pressed, but I exited feeling relieved and exhilarated by the quick success she helped me achieve. Thank you, Thao and FedEx for your great service! I will be back!!

Their print and scan business model here is LITERALLY a scam. Do not support businesses like this or their predatory scam business models and buy your own printer, literally majority you can buy will save you in the long run and keep money out of the greedy pockets like this scam business.
