This FedEx location in Sellwood is on the smaller side. They have one 'print and go' machine. I did not interact with staff. Street parking only and it can be busy.

The young guys are helpful. Middle aged woman (manager I believe?) does not stop talking the entire time she works (at all), discussing store profits and gossiping about customers. In a very bad way. Her voice is also incredibly annoying. Makes it difficult to work there as a customer. Felt bad for the young guys working there having to listen to her all day. Poor boundaries, very odd. Advice: maintain professionalism, it’s a small space, don’t talk about customers in front of other customers.

I was getting good customer service from the person at the counter. The women behind the counter was openly complaining about customers in bad form.

I brought in some identical packets of papers to be spiraled. The individual behind the counter put each packet in the wrong order in a different way. I did bring in both packets in the correct order since I had just printed them and double checked. Would not recommend returning to this location.

Friendliest, most helpful staff ever! I joke that this place is my office, and lots of other neighbors feel the same. Kudos to the local manager (I can’t remember her name), her hiring patterns, training and the example she sets every day. Shout-out also to Ian, who’s recently helped me with technical issues.

I had a great experience at this FedEx location. I came in one afternoon a little stressed, needing to ship a very important item ASAP, and the kind man at the front helped me choose appropriate packaging, wrapped it up for me, and quickly got me set up in the system and all set. He was lovely to work with. I'd come back here for any other FedEx shipping needs I have.

This store is a nightmare to deal with! I was trying to return items I bought from Amazon where the sellers label was FedEx (I’m used to returning to the UPS store which is awesome) so I was forced to go to this God-forsaken place. The counter person said he couldn’t get my email with the shipping label which is very hard to believe since I sent it multiple times. Then as I was there trying to deal with their incompetence the what I assume was the manager walked out from the back and proclaimed that, “no one is getting a raise” which I found not only incredibly tacky but fitting. Then when I was about to give up and leave a guy came in with two Cadillac converter’s he was shipping because it’s now against the law to sell them in Oregon. So not only did I leave without being helped, I witnessed a crime!

Hours are inconsistent, instead of being open until 8 they are actually closed at 6.

I called due to FedEx’s “Find a Location to ship” failed multiple times and left me driving around Portland trying to find a location that wasn’t Walgreens. The Walgreens I was sent to is unable to print or ship via QR codes. I called this location, and was met with rudeness and hostility. I asked the younger man who answered the phone, “is there a manager I can speak with?” He replies, “My manger isn’t in right now. I’m the only one here.” I then proceed to tell him my issue in shipping this package. He says, “I’m not familiar with Figs” I then explain its medical scrubs and naturally he wouldn’t be aware of the name “Figs” since these are medical clothing and not associated with shipping. He proceeds to become rude and says, “I know what scrubs are. My girlfriend is a phlebotomist. So, I don’t need you telling me what scrubs are and I do have real world skills even if I work in shipping.” I replied back, “I was just letting you know about Figs since you hadn’t heard about them.” At this point, I’m pretty shocked that this individual is left alone to handle consumer issues. I ask him his name and he responds back, in a very childish tone, “It’s the name I was born with.” He chuckles, then hangs up the phone. I contacted FedEx customer service, reported this location, and they set me up with a home pick-up so I don’t have to deal with this individual or location. I will be calling back to speak with his manager so they know how this person behaves when he’s left alone to manage customer issues or mistreat another customer in this way again.

Luke and the print team helped me fulfill a last minute dead line when my printer went down. Responsive, reliable, and polite group.

I'm happy with my copies and how fast they were made. I placed the order online and pre-paid for the purchase. The website said my prints would be ready in about 3 hours, but it ended up only taking about 30 minutes. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Otherwise, it would have been one star for the rude (at best) customer service my husband just had in the store. He walked in and another customer (a white woman) came in after him. One of the workers behind the counter was not working with anyone. She made quick eye contact with my husband, and then she called the woman customer behind him over to her, completely looking past my (Chicano) husband. That other customer wasn't even ready yet, so she moved to the side. But the FedEx worker continued to seemingly ignore my husband, acting as if he wasn't even there. Finally, she asked, with a very bad attitude, "Can I help you with something?" He explained he was there to pick up an order. She gave him an attitude the whole time. She asked for the name that the order would be under. He told her my first and (hyphenated) last name, and she was like "I need initials!" So he said "JTA." And she responded (again -- the whole time with a very bad attitude), "I need just ONE initial." And grumbled, "I'll try T." She finally found the prints, and seemed surprised and somehow relieved that they were pre-paid. She threw the receipt in the box and then the box on the counter. No "thank you." No "have a nice night." Nothing. I'm not going to describe the woman or give her name here, but if FedEx/the manager of that store wants to know who this horrible woman was, I'm happy to share with them. This location is only slightly closer than the nearest UPS store from my house, so you know where we'll be going from now on!
